My family and I had a wonderful experience on our Spain and Portugal trip led by Perry Chung!

He is knowledgeable and clearly cares a lot about delivering the best experience for the group.

Great itinerary for this trip. We got a lot of nice photos. Overall hotels, restaurants, and coaches were also pretty good.

Finally, shoutout to the management team for your hard work and quick planning to ensure a flight for our group amidst the Air Canada strike chaos!!! Most of our group members gave up hope of going on this trip after having our initial flight cancelled. However, thanks to you guys we were able to go and have a fantastic time 💕:)

Patrick is an amazing tour guide!

He gave us excellent tips to prepare for our trip to Cuba and was very thoughtful during all activities, such as bringing extra bug spray for the group when we visited a national park. His coordination with the local tour guide who gave us insightful and fun information about the history and geography of Cuba during our bus rides was also incredibly appreciated! Patrick always looked out for everyone in the group, making sure we got the best experience both in and outside of the hotel and is very friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!

Canada East PEI 7 Days Tour (departure date 08/25/25). A lot of awesome sightseeing and photo taking spots. Very thorough knowledge of the Canada East provinces. All the hotels were accommodating and cozy. Tour guide Richard Chan is very detailed, caring to everyone on the tour, professional and humorous too. The driver Jim is great as well. Extremely satisfied and lots of happy and fun memories with family. Highly recommend this tour and Taipan Tours to everyone. Many sincere thanks 🥳💚

Finished the tour through Portugal and Spain. I believe the tour was a great experience and would recommend.

I was most impressed with the tour company’s ability to create a workaround due to the ongoing air Canada strike. Despite our initial flight being canceled, the company was able to make adjustments and initiate the trip only one day later.

The tour included many famous tourist attractions along with many of the local dishes. There was also a small amount of free time for exploration. Our tour guide, Perry(who will likely be your guide), was very knowledgeable and gave insightful commentary throughout the trip.

Overall would recommend.

Tiffany Ho was a phenomenal tour guide. Her patience and responsiveness made our six-day trip truly special, especially since she was so wonderful with both the elderly members and the little ones in our group. She was always willing to help with anything we needed and consistently went above and beyond our expectations. My family and I had a blast and made some incredible memories.

Before taking the tour to Eastern Canada, I was very skeptical on how it would go. But now that I am back, I am wishing that the trip was longer. Together our tour guide Daniel To and our bus driver Jason made an amazing team. They were humorous and always made sure we were all enjoying our selves. With Daniel To always cracking jokes and Jason greeting us on the bus with a big smile every time we got on or off, it truly helped make this an experience I will not forget. Daniel To is knowledgeable and will talk for hours even when people are sleeping through it. But that is what makes him an amazing tour guide. I will be looking into getting on another trip with Daniel To as my tour guide.

For someone who is planning to join Tai Pan, please re-consider your decision.

We joined a 5 days trip in Eastern Canada. The food quality was not that satisfied, especially “buffet” and “french dinner”. You could definitely find much more better substitute with the same price.

The tour guide was knowledgeable but her instructions were not clear enough. That’s fine for us because she needed to talk in two languages in the same time.

However, if you want to re-confirm some of the information with her, you may be blamed.
