I recently took a week long trip to Italy with NGH Tours. Although the trip had a challenging start, including fragmented information from the booking staff, and the e-itinerary was difficult to read as it was cut off at the edges, etc, I still want to give this a 5-star review, thanks to our tour guide, Richard Yang. From the initial debrief meeting, Richard clearly explained all the details, including schedules and logistics, and managed everything exceptionally well.

Richard’s meticulous attention to detail, proactive approach, and exceptional organizational skills ensured that every aspect of our trip was handled with care, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the charm and cultural richness of Italy. In addition, his extensive knowledge of local history made our experience truly memorable.

It’s important to note, however, that our great experience was largely due to Richard’s efforts. The success of your trip may depend on the guide you are assigned, so I highly recommend inquiring about your guide beforehand. Their expertise and personality can significantly shape your overall experience.

NGH have a lot of different varieties of land tours and cruises. They cover Europe, Canadian, American and Caribbean regions, it’s easy for people to find where they want to go. I join this tour company for a long while. Since 2018, Shirley, my travel agent has been helping me booking all the tours. Last year, there was some issues with the Turkey tour, she managed to fix all the problems and booked the tour for us. Without her help, we could never enjoy the “hot air balloons” flying, one of the lifetimes experience. We couldn’t thank her enough. I am a big fan of NGH Tours, their South American tour was one of my favours and I highly recommend this tour to everyone. Thank you Shirley for all your help, you are excellent and wonderful! ?

We had an amazing time with this tour. “Waver”?‍✈️?, our tour guide was such a patient, kind knowledgeable your guide. The hotels were planned well and the food was really good. We got the helicopter tour over Thousand islands which was truly stunning.
My family had an incredible travel experience with this tour company! Our tour guide and driver were top-notch. The guide's knowledge and enthusiasm made the journey truly memorable, and they were so patient with us throughout. The driver ensured a stress-free trip, making us feel comfortable and safe. We had a great time and an unforgettable experience with NGH Tours Canada. We had a 3 day tour to Montreal, Kingston, Ottawa, Quebec and really enjoyed it! Big thanks to our tour guide Perry for amazing organizational skills, patience and a good sense of humour.
