Lots of parking, plugins, close to grocery store and restaurants, quiet.

This place has gone down hill very quickly. The house keeping will do the minimum. So dirty. $20 charge if dirt dishes are left, yet we had to wash any dishes we needed to use. Including the plastic ones. It’s February, and there’s dead flies on the ceiling. We asked for extra towels, as we are a family of 5, and never got them (3night stay). There was one Kleenex left in the box on night one, asked for another, and nothing.

I stayed in the motel for 3 weeks. The small bar of soap lasted 2 days, but was replaced 1 week after it was used up. I purchased hand soap from the grocery store.. There were no bottles of shampoo. The rooms have no smoking signs on them but the tub has many old cigarette burns on the rim. The floor had two soft spots that felt as though they could break through the floor if too much pressure was placed on it.

I don't drink coffee, so it took me 4 days before i noticed that there was coffee in the pot and there was mold in it.. Also, on the shelf above the coat rack, someone had left a handful of Cheezies before i got there. I have pictures of these, as i wanted to know how long it would take to clean them up. They never were...

the one thing they were diligent in getting was the rent payment.

I'd recommend avoiding this place, Stay in Rycroft if you can, or your vehicle if you can't.

the rooms are disgusting. Everything is very old and needs replacing. We got a room with a kitchenette and when I turned on the light a cockroach ran off the top of the stove and down the side. They wanted to move us to another room but it smelled really bad. Then they wanted to spray the room with some insecticide while we were still staying in the room. We had to tell them NO!

The rooms smelled of mildew in carpets,the water in the tub ran rust for 5 minutes. Rather sleep in my truck.

처음 가본 49 모텔.
큰 기대 없이 예약을 하고 리셉션에서 중년의 노부부를 뵙고 저의 예상은 완전히 빗나갔네요..
5성급 .
6성급 에서도 볼수 없었던 가치..
저희가 묵은 방은 벌써 깨끗히 리모델링 되어있었고 어디하나 흠잡을때 없는 청결함.
깜짝 놀랐습니다.
두분의 배려와 헌신 그리고 너그러운 웃음에 다시 한번 감사드립니다.

The rooms were grimy and the bedding was thin with wear. No toiletries except for bar soap. Bedding is old and yellow, blankets have holes from cigarettes and the pillows are old and smell old. The walls are grimy and are never washed. The microwave had stuff that was splashed on the outside and never washed. Our coffee pot still had coffee grounds in the bottom of the pot. Spend a little more money and time to clean the place up. I know this motel has not had any upgrade for a long time. And the price is not cheap for the place your staying in.

지인들 소개로 뮥게된 49 모텔..
역시 왜 절 아는 분들이 꼭 그곳으로 가라고 했눈지 이해가 가더라구요.
정말 깨끗한 침실과 샤워름. 그리고 정말 중요한건 너무나도 친절하신 사장님 내외분.
잊지 않고 꼭 다시 방문하겠습니다.
