What a fabulous place that Fly Away Vacations sent my sisters and myself on. It is a fairly new resort in Punta Cana called the Serenade. We paid a little extra to be on the adult side, but our bracelet gave us access to the family side as well. The staff were absolutely the best. They were there to tend to your every need and then some. Fly Away Vacations made sure we were quickly whisked away from the airport to our resort and they were just as insightful for our trip back. It was all our first time every going to Dominican Republic and I must say, my Travel Agent, Matt Cougle will be hearing from me to book this same resort next year. And all my friends ?

Machu Picchu, hiking trip. I arrived earlyer than planned and Matt helped to book extra last minute acommodations, transfers and day trips. I didn't have to worry about a thing. All was perfectly planned and all I had to do is enjoy. I felt safe every step of the way. I referred many friends who were not disappointed. I'm returning again this year Oct 2024, all booked through Matt Cougle at Fy Away Vacations, and this time I'm bringing my spouse. I have no doubt we will have the time of our life. Anytime I have questions or concerns about travels, I reached out and Matt replies as soon as it's possible. I will use his services again in the future. Looking forward to it!

I have to say that Matt Cougle from Fly Away Vacations is a pleasure to work with. My 2 sisters and I wanted to go on a sisters' get-a-way tropical vacation. He made suggestions within our budget parameters and made everything seamless. We were traveling during the Air Canada strike action discussions. He was very accessible and responsive to my queries. Matt helped our sassy type -A group of 6 women from across Canada to curate the most perfect 10 days in Greece. Our itinerary was a collection of beautiful hotels, private no fuss transfers and the perfect amount of guided tours and do-it-ourselves adventure. He handled all of our payments, our medical needs, our specific preferences and never made us feel like we were work to him. Even on the trip he was a text away and helped us every day (with things we probably could have handled ourselves). All in all we had the perfect Greece vacation, and are already in the planning stages for our next adventure. Matt- get ready for it!

Was very helpfull to someone not familiar with the technology, he did the pre-boarding ritual for me. Stayed calm in the face of an impending air Canada pilots strike.
