Ordered a burger combo and finger basket. Fries in both were hot, chicken was a well. Burger buns were cold, like they came out of the fridge. Store appears quite old. I am impressed that a small town has a dq. But the site is dated.

They are never open when they're supposed to be according to Google and the sign on their door. It's like they just make up their own hours as they go. The interior is so dated, it hasn't been renovated since the 80's. They microwave their burgers, don't know how to make a banana split (no banana, just a couple mounds of ice cream with cherries and chocolate syrup).

I think this Dairy Queen is great when it comes to service, food, and prices. The staff are always so kind and fast at getting food out to customers. Even though the actual kitchen and dining area remains clean, the bathrooms aren't always as clean but mostly good. I also wish the ice machine would actually be filled up because I never am able to get ice there anymore. But those are just small flaws, considering I would still give DQ almost 5 stars considering taking a look at all the factors.

Staff are nice but the food keeps getting served to me undercooked or rotten. I’m sorry but I can’t go back again. I’m tired of getting stomach aches and sick every time I eat here. Don’t eat here. It’s not worth the sickness. The place is dirty.

I can't see this place being around much longer.

To start, I made 4 attempts to stop there over winter, usually between 7:30pm and 8:30pm. Each attempt I was met by a locked door and dark building. No hours posted on the business itself, but according to their hours posted online they were still open until 9:30pm. After the second and third visit I suggested an edit on google, to which I was notified that the business owner had "updated" their hours. Nothing had changed. I started to pay attention when I drove past, and I'm not sure they were open beyond 7:30pm at all through winter. Work whatever hours you want, but at least be up front about it.

It seems now that we are getting closer to summer they are finally working into the evening, so I decided to stop in and grab a blizzard. My first impression wasn't good, the building temperature is going to turn people off from dining in. I would guess it was somewhere in the area of 27 degrees if not higher. Service speed was good, though there were no other customers at the time. When the blizzard was handed to me it had a lid on it and there was no tip upside down to prove adequate thickness like the prior owners did. When I got home 2 minutes later it became obvious why that is, it would have certainly made a mess on the floor! The consistency would not pass for a milkshake. I chose to just put it in the freezer for a while. An hour and a half later it was still runny for a blizzard but I was impatient and decided to eat it anyway. A quarter of the way into the cup I started to encounter small crunchy pieces with no distinguishable flavor, which I found odd as there has never been any crunchy ingredients in a strawberry cheesecake blizzard. At about the half way point I started finding chunks of ice about 3/4" square. 4 chunks in total. All the chunks seem to have been frozen to the cheesecake pieces.

When checking the business hours I should have looked closer at the reviews. Based on other reviews it appears ice chunks and watery ice cream are the new specialty here. Usually a 3 to 3.5 star rating for a fast food place doesn't really raise a red flag as I find most fast food establishments are hard pressed to end up with more than 4 star ratings. But looking closer it appears this place has had an overwhelming amount of 1 star reviews since the ownership change, save for a few 5 star reviews that are from individuals I suspect have not actually patronized this business (one review mentions a crowded parking lot despite this business being located on the street).

No, DQ Fan Relations Team, I won't be back to give you another chance.

Something has changed over winter. I used to go in and there were two nice ladies working there and the ice cream was good. Went in a month ago and got a banana split. There were two guys working. He made my split extremely fast. They gave me barely any ice cream, no whipped creme, and the ice cream tasted off. It was basically 2 bananas with a small amount of ice cream. The guy followed me as I left the store and locked the door behind me. It was 7:30 and the place is supposed to close at 9:30. Just went a second time. Got a peanut buster parfait and the icecream tasted terrible and it was watery. I had to throw it away. Based on the reviews, this place is due for an inspection.

Waited over 20 mins for our food order this morning, was cold as soon as we got it, burgers tasted like they just came out of a refrigerator. We were travelling so we tried to eat them and it made us sick with stomach pains instantly. Used to be our fav place! Will never return.
