This is a socially responsible company. They hire a lot of drivers with mobility problems. compared with parking at vacant yard 2 meters ahead, they prefer block whole alleys just stay in truck for hours.

Good day. I have just had Brendan and Kyle remove an old fridge and replaced it with a new one. Despite how difficult it was to move these two appliances (we have an old house so measurements are not at the standard), these boys did it with great care as to not damage anything, and were very kind and respectful the entire time doing it. If I had to get movers to move something like this for me again - it would be those two who I would want to have doing it. Please note, these guys worked well into the dark, way past any supper hour but again, did so with all the courtesy and respect that someone needing movers would want! Thank you guys, it was very much appreciated and keep up the awesome work!!

New fridge had to be delivered twice. First one was quite damaged, but not by Jay's, and got a 2nd one delivered which was in excellent shape. The movers, Brendan, Kyle and Matt were very professional, courteous and patient with everything. They had to take off the weather stripping around my door and put it back on after. Great job guys!

I just had Brendan and Kyle deliver and install a new stacked washer and dryer. The called ahead and gave me lots of time to get home. They moved the old washer into the garage for me. They hooked up the new appliances including installing the stacking kit. They explained what they were doing, all with a smile. They did a tough install in a confined space. Great customer service Guys!

Great service from Kyle and Brendan from Jay’s in Moose Jaw who made THREE (3) trips for a complicated delivery of appliances one of which was damaged (but NOT by them!). Advised us regarding replacement. Took time to explain and avoid damaging our home with the replacement and expertly assisted with assembly. Both were equally friendly, clean and courteous plus very hard working ensuring a safe delivery. Great guys !! 10 out of 10 in our estimation..

Was to move to new apt in 6 weeks but waited 6 months to get into new apt. Storage was a little pricey but ok. Holly and her staff were very helpful. The removing of furnishing from house to storage went well and was done in a timely fashion. Got help when needed to set up furniture on delivery to new apartment. All staff were courteous and professional. Thanks all.

This is the third time we have used Jay's for a household move. Each time we have been very satisfied with the professional service we have received. This move was a particularlity difficult one, as my husband had just had surgery a few days prior. Holly in the Moose Jaw office was more than accommodating in having to rearrange our move date, due to my husband's surgery. Holly paired us up with Brendan, Bobby and Christian to do our move. The three gentlemen went above and beyond to help me with all the small details. They helped me arrange and assemble all the furniture. No small task was refused...they even helped me put rollers under my applicances. We would highly recommend Jay's and will definitely be using them again for any of our future moves.
