Every time I go to this Tim's they seem to always get my order wrong or serve poor quality food. I have had missing mayo, missing cheese, burnt food on a repeated basis along with bad wilted lettuce and the list goes on. I believe in 2 years they have only gotten my order correct 3 times. And when you try to bring it back they give you attitude and look at you like you have 3 heads. My husband still goes for his tea every now and then, but I refuse to support them as of today. Today I got a hot chocolate and requested 1 cream in it and to no fail, they forgot the cream. Sadly, I'm on the road and can't bring it back or I would just based on principal. I hate paying for items and not receiving it to the proper standards. One offs happen but NOT everytime!! Do better Tim's!!! Oh, and the lady working the window is not friendly at all and gives the impression she hates her job and you're bothering her by being there! It just sucks because they are the only fast breakfast please near us.

Absolutely horrible service. Ordered 3 items and not one of them were done properly. No whipped cream on my iced capp when I ordered extra. Chipotle sauce on my bowl and my wrap when I ordered none. Then they said that I didn't say no Chipotle when I said it multiple times. When I kindly asked them to remake it they rolled their eyes at me! Would put no stars but that's not an option.
Never coming here again.

Went in to order because the drive-thru line was to long service was terribly slow and even after my order was ready the person making it took he's time flirting with one of the other workers before handing me my food. I don't expect much more than this from the Tim Hortons's around this area lately it used to be a good place to get a quick coffee and something for breakfast but it's been going down the toilet lately.

last 2 times ive gone there it took over 15 minutes in the drive through and it wasn’t even busy, plus we got someone elses order instead of our food the same 2 times. seems like the restaurant is being run by 10 year olds. dont get how theyre still open

I hate this tim hortons. Its the worst one ive been to so far, the ignorance of service is ridiculous, i ordered 4 donuts and 10 tim bits and they didnt even bother to put it in a box they put all the 4 DIFFERENT donuts in one cookie bag!! When i got to the window and the women received the donut idk if she was the manager but she seemed incharge and she just look at them and said "you cant do that" and she still gave me the bag didnt even bother to fix it. Im fully disappointed this time. i was since they took over the buisness but its just non sense. I suggest to go at irshtown instead they actually know what a strawberry filled tim bit is:)
