J'ai très aimé la chambre. Elle était très spatiale et les lits étaient confortables. La piscine était agréable, j'ai spécialement apprécié que l'eau n'étais pas trop froide. Le personnel nous avons aidé au besoin et étaient amicales.

L'hôtel était bonne

At check in staff were friendly and efficient. Any and all extra requests were handled with out delay and in a very positive manner, for example we needed a extra room key, we also needed a extra quilt. The pool and hot tub area where very clean with no smell of chlorine. The pool water temperature was warm and the hot tub was just right. The gym area again very clean the equipment was in great condition, and there was several different pieces of equipment to use. The hours of both the pool are and the gym where more than generous. Our overall stay was excellent.

My stay was wonderful at this HIE in Airdrie. I am an IHG member so always stays with them worldwide. This hotel was wonderful, specially suite was very spacious and comfortable. Although smaller than other HIE hotels and had only one elevator, my overall stay was good. Front desk staff was excellent specially Janna was exceptional and provided great service and prompt resolution for my iPad not being connected to room Wi-Fi. Breakfast was good and ample. Would definitely stay again at this property and highly recommend this hotel for the great atmosphere and staff they have. Thank you.
