On Sunday Aug 13, 2017 at 9:30pm, I encountered a Traxx Coachlines bus driver driving recklessly on Cambie St and West 18th Ave in Vancouver, BC over a parallel parking incident with passengers inside his bus! I was patiently waiting for a street parking spot on the middle lane when the parked car driver was leaving. During the max 20 seconds wait, the Traxx driver honked me multiple times (over 10 times) and flashed at me using the his high beams. While he had more than enough room and time to pull out of the lane to the left and move on, he decided to tailgate my car when I wanted to parallel park after the parked car left. Originally, I thought he was just accidentally followed my car since he braked pretty hard when I stopped for the parallel park, so I moved forward and ensured that he had, once again, enough room to pull over to the left lane. What shocked me was that he didn't pull to the left, but instead, he tailgated my car again and flashed at me multiple times. He almost rammed my car! I got out of my car and tried to talk to him, but he refused. I could also see that the passengers in the car tried to talk to him as well, but he refused to do so and took his phone out to make phone calls (he was still on the road when he was talking on the phone, which is actually illegal in BC). A lot of witnesses saw the incident and everyone was shocked that a professional driver that Traxx Coachlines trained have such driving behaviour. This shows a lot how Traxx trains their drivers and I warn everyone who is thinking about using their service -> THINK TWICE! You have been warned!

Traxx coachlines with body number 5204 hit my parked car about 630pm May 16, 2022 at the community of Coventry in Calgary. It damaged my side mirror and left my front bumper shaky. Slow communication from the management to help fix the problem.

Why on earth do you guys have to run these buses all day and night long. It’s 1:00am and 2 buses are running right now.
There are homes backing onto where you guys park.
The storage door is wide open with the lights on. Seriously with the running ALL DAY LONG AND NIGHT!!!!!! I can’t even have my windows open because of the exhaust. I can’t even hear the birds!!!!!

Just completed a U13 hockey tourney in Grande Prairie and was lucky enought to have "Wild Bill" as our bus driver. He cheered on our team, the Calgary Northstars, all weekend long and besides being an excellent driver he was hilarious on the microphone and would get the boys fired up all weekend long. You could tell he truly cared about the players and took pride in being their driver. My son was lucky to have that sort of experience for his first time on a charter bus with his team. Great job Bill!

We had them booked for 3 out of town hockey tournaments this year and the bus didn’t show up for 2 of them leaving parents to scramble to get kids to the rink on time!! The time we did have a bus we had to stop to pick up another team because their Traxx bus broke down! 100% do not recommend.

Should be a zero. Don’t trust this company to arrive. 3 out of town tournaments booked this season with this company. Two of which the bus did not arrive for pickup….parents packed up the kids to the tournaments - one being provincials. The third, a bus broke down and we had to pack other teams onto our bus to get the stranded passengers back to Calgary. Garbage.

PLEASE READ- The Calgary Northstars Hockey Association U13AA GOLD Team were greeted by Traxx bus driver 'Wild Bill' at our pickup location at Max Bell Arena.

'Wild Bill' was professional, extremely helpful, and his enthusiasm was contagious
and upbeat, living up to his nickname!

'Wild Bill' quickly became a teammate of ours and it was such a positive and powerful experience for our 12yr olds.

Not only did 'Wild Bill' make sure we arrived in Grande Prairie safely, he made sure we were all comfortable during the weekend. 'Wild Bill' was our #1 fan and gave us the extra energy needed to make to the A final.

Our trip home was eventful as the team suffered food poisoning earlier in the morning. Again, 'Wild Bill' stepped up and made sure the boys were comfortable, sanitizing the bus, and stopping whenever we needed.

To Traxx Coachlines, and 'Wild Bill',
THANK YOU for making the weekend a safe, and memorable one!! Bus driver Bill is a asset to Traxx, and more importantly a spectacular human being. Looking forward to my son's next tournament with Traxx and Hopefully... with Bus Driver Bill...!!!

I love riding on Traxx Coachlines. Went on a
1 hour ride from Canmore to Airdrie after a concert band event. I love their modernized fleet of Prevost H345 coaches. The seats are extremely comfortable, and the bus was really clean, and well kept. The ride was pretty smooth, and our bus had really good suspension on the highway.
