Excellent option to go for a private tour!
We wanted to visit lake Minnewanka & Two Jake Lake., Anthony, our driver, kindly made a few extra stops to show us breathtaking views and wildlife. He shared interesting facts about the places we visited and the animals we saw. The pace was perfect, not too fast neither too slow. We had a reservation at a restaurant and he managed the time so we were back in time for dinner.
And last but not least when we compare the price with the local tours it was a great deal.
Before booking a tour do not forget to consider this option.

My daughter booked us a night at the Banff Springs for my birthday. We were running late for a dinner reservation at Brazen. We started walking to the bus stop and a wonderful gentleman by the name of Charles stopped and asked if we needed a lift downtown. He was absolutely awesome. So friendly, polite, and a great sense of humor. Thank you to our driver Charles for getting us to the restaurant on time and the entertainment on the way there!! Much appreciated!!

Called to book a taxi. Was greeted by a rude phone operator with attitude. Deep sighs when asking simple clarifying questions.

Was happy to pay the price, which was steep but fair, but the attitude and condescending tone was unacceptable.

I can see why our hotel concierge didn't recommend this service compared to the others.

I wish I could give this a zero. Trash service. So rude to a local just trying to get home from Banff to Canmore. Honestly, this company sucks. Call three sisters taxi instead.

Rob was amazing, professional, prompt and we felt safe with his driving skills and in his nice/comfortable suv (we had a ski bag). He made sure the car was a comfortable temp, great conversation and pointed out sights along the route that we never knew existed.

Coming from the US and first time to Sunshine Village in Banff was very confusing when arriving and departing outside gondola hours, we considered going elsewhere and after a brief conversation with Jeremy at the office and making the reservation, they were also competitively priced for private car service, we felt more confident. Would absolutely recommend Rob and Banff Transportation.

Perfect service - I asked to be picked up at 5:00, and they were there at 4:50. CHARLES WAS THE BEST!!! We had a really fun ride from Banff to Calgary. With 9 people, I had asked for two vans to take us back, but Charles arrived in a 10 passenger van, and SAVED ME about $200 CAD by using one vehicle only. 10+ rating

Great service from Banff Transportation Group. Our driver, Charles McCluskey, was wonderful—prompt, friendly and kept our family of six entertained the whole ride from Calgary to Banff. It was like having the most knowledgeable tour guide and a competent driver to boot. Riding with him with both a great start and end to our trip. We highly recommend Charles!
