I was very pleased by the house keeping. My room was always spotless, the women that cleaned my room should get a raise. She was very efficient, friendly and didn't mind doing my laundry. I will definitely recommend Lakeview to all my friends.

We didn't last staying at this place. We stayed at a pet friendly room, and my son, who has allergies (environmental and nuts), started coughing nonstop. He then started feeling sick and complained that he had trouble breathing. As soon as we left the room, he started feeling better. While the room did look clean and spacious, we don't know why my son had an allergic reaction. It's outdated, and the carpet probably needs some serious cleaning if renovation isn't an option. We always go to a pet friendly hotel, and my son never had an issue like this.

Also, if I may add. We could hear a loud sound when the person upstairs was taking a shower. It sounded like the pipes were about to explode! This hotel is run-down and outdated.

I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and courteous. Especially " MEGHA"🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 in front desk she's very friendly, kind & helpful. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this hotel for nearly a month. The staff was incredible and warm. The front desk girl Cara went above and beyond more times than necessary to make sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible.

I work for a charity, and we were looking for a location that would host an event for us and our volunteers. Lakeview, without hesitation, offered us their Ross Creek Room, and set it up perfectly for us. Even making last minute changes just a few hours before the event. Thank you to Tristen and Heidi for their support with planning.

Decent price, and the rooms are clean. The staff are quite friendly, and there is a breakfast buffet included, early in the morning. The rooms are simple, with 2 queen beds, a mini fridge & microwave, a few chairs, and a large TV with included movies and YouTube. The washroom was clean, overall, it was great!

We stayed between Nov 11- 13. What a wonderful relaxed atmosphere.
One person in particular made it the BEST! Her name Megha, WOW! What an awesome employee. Mehga was always cheerful, made sure that when we got missed by housekeeping, due to my own fault, we were taken care of immediately and made sure to check up on the quality of service afterwards. She also made a point of saying goodnight each evening. What a wonderful person.

We called to book a room last minute for May long weekend and they accommodated us with very reasonable price.
The gentleman at night who helped with my reservation and checked in was very friendly and helpful which gave me very good impression!
Room is a bit dated but spacious and clean! We didn’t know about the community kitchen at 4th floor. If we knew it earlier would be great.

My toddler loves running around in the lobby.
Didn’t get a chance to have the breakfast though.
