I've had with amazing experience with this cab all EXCEPT ....for geeh. He answers, takes my information and hangs up regularly. ACCORDING to several people that's something he does commonly. Cab drivers like Andre and wayne are the only reason I still use this cab company. I hope more cab drivers like them get hired!

Had an outstanding experience with Andre during my visit to Bonnyville. He was punctual, friendly, and very professional. The ride was smooth and comfortable. Andre knows the area well and even gave me some great tips about the area. He went above and beyond to ensure I got to my destination safely and on time. Normally I don’t give complaints. I understand life happens, things slip the mind and people are forgotten. That’s okay. The issue is when it happens more often then not. I put in time calls because my job requires me to be there at odd hours of the night so I call ahead, a driver will pick up and confirm the time and location. So I expect a pick up lo and behold when the time arrives more often than not they are either late
by upwards of 30 minutes or just don’t show up at all. Causing me to be late for work. If this was for some random event then whatever I’m late I’m late but this is for my job which affects my life Every thing else has been fine but one star because they can’t handle the time, the main part of their damn job!

When will they realize after how many complaints about this driver, that she will one day kill or seriously injure someone.

Theres been many complaints and many issues revolving around this particular driver.

I won't use or recommend a service that promotes this kind of driving and behavior

If you say 15 minutes...you should arrive within that time. Its always 15 minutes that turn into 30 mins. Sometimes whoever answers the phone says ill call one of my other drivers and still no one shows. I called at 10:09am (its now 10:36am)no taxi and no one calling to let me know whats up. I called them a second time to find out what was what and no one answered the phone.
