Registration is a little tedious, yes, but it has improved over the years this festival has been open! This performance opportunity and learning festival has been invaluable in our children's growth. It gives them something to work towards and somewhere to share skills they have worked so hard to develop. It has helped them gain confidence and learn not only from skilled adjudicators, but also from many other talented performers their own ages. There are a great many good people who volunteer their time and talents to make this opportunity possible. The fees go to renting the venues and paying highly qualified adjudicators, who have been (with only a few exceptions) quite encouraging, helpful and positive. It is free to the public to come and watch any of the classes being performed during the festival and only the "Best of the Festival" concert at the end costs money for tickets. Worth attending!

Registration is HIGHLY complicated!!!! Hard to navigate thru website. You will spend hours trying to find how to pay entrants fee....but actually THIS must be FREE for all kids! Waste of time!
