Never thought I'd see a Blues Venue in a town of less than 2000 in Alberta! But low and behold there is one at Bow Island! Going to like this place a lot!

What a cool place! Had a great time even though I’m not a blues follower. We had a huge group and got a great spot at a table (made out of an old bowling alley lane!). Everyone mingled, danced and drank all night long! All the volunteers do such a great job!
Be sure to get there early and wait in line to get good seats. Also bring your own food.

It is a one-of-a-kind experience whether you like blues music or not. My last time there I saw the Harpoonist and the Axe Murderer, which were phenomenal entertainers and music artists. I have to admit that I was skeptical of the group with that name, but I soon realized how great they were though. It's nice also that they allow you to bring your own snacks and finger food to the events.

Comfortable, unique venue with great acoustics and amazing line-up of entertainment! Well worth the drive, but do bring snacks or a take-out meal, as there is no food service.

Chicago blues came to town -always high quality, big name acts here in Bow Island. Cheap drinks, great sounding venue. Big dance floor.
