Accueil chaleureux et service impeccable. Chambres propres et bien entretenues. J'ai pu profiter de la piscine intérieure et du spa pour me relaxer après une longue journée, pour ensuite aller rejoindre mes collègues et danser au bar tout près de l'hôtel. Chaudement recommandé!

Évidemment Brooks n'est pas une ville passionnante et le parc des dinosaures dans les Badlands pas bien passionnant, mais l'hôtel est vraiment bien avec une petite piscine très jolie et un bar très sympa. Bon l'accueil est un peu en mode dictatorial mais efficace et le petit déjeuner plutôt bon.

Ville sans intérêt, hôtel sans intérêt, emplacement sans intérêt, service sans intérêt, bon mais qu'est ce qu'on est venus faire ici ? Mais il ne doit pas y avoir d'hôtel plus sympa. La piscine est correcte.

Beds are comfortable, customer service is rough but mostly avoidable if you don't dwell on it. If kids/teens are under 16 they require an adult with them in the pool. Tell this to a 14 and 15 year old, definitely generated strange looks lol. But I get it, rules must be there for a reason....just be aware of this.

I frequent Brooks a few times a year to come see my mom.
I've chosen Heritage Inn & Suits due to the great location and omg the beds are so comfortable.
BUT each time I've been the gal at the front desk is not welcoming, she very stand offish, and brash. Now I should mention that this is not my first complaint about this gal.
She should not be doing a customer service job.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at this hotel, it was surprisingly clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was nice, and it had everything you would need. Unfortunately my only con about the room was the shower, we were in room 312 and the shower did not work very well, we had issues with it spraying the ceiling and going everywhere. It was an interesting experience but still overall, I liked this room! Hopefully they can fix the showers, because other than that you can tell they have done a few upgrades throughout the place. The breakfast they had here was fantastic! They had many options, and not a typical buffet style, which I really appreciated, you can see more details in my photos. It was really nice and we enjoyed our free little breakfast. My final comment, is a con; unfortunately the elevator was a bit terrifying as it made noises like it was about to break each time it took us to the third floor. However we are still alive 😂 I do recommend staying here overall, I would come back to this hotel if I come back to Brooks! We had a good time here!

Visiting from Ontario and spent the night in Brooks (there to visit family). Very good price, great location. Probably the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in.
Pool area was heated, kid's loved the pool (hot tub out of order). The staff were incredibly friendly and made our stay enjoyable. Lots of selection for the free continental breakfast, I left full. I know where to stay next time!
