I, part native but not visibly a person of color, had a horrible driver for the 10 Southcenter bus in the southeast part today around the Fairmount - Bonaventure area at around 9:25 - 9:35 ish, at first it was fine, bc the driver didn't bother me for a bus pass or even change, but then when at the bus stop just outside of Lord Beaverbrook high school and Acadia swimming pool, there was a African American boy needing on because he didn't live too close to the school and the driver bothered him for bus fare even though he hadn't bothered me for it, then when I brought up how it was unfair to let someone who isn't visibly a person of color on just because its raining but not do the same for someone who is visibly a person of color he told me if I didn't like it I could get off at the next stop which is a perfect example of a man silencing a woman, so not only was the driver racist, but he was also sexist, which I do not like at all, he needs to get fired!

Calgary Transit has no idea how to run a LRT system. 3 weekends of maintenance in a row is ludicrous. I have never seen anything so poorly planned and executed!

App does not work very well. Tells you when the bus should be there, not when its going to be. Sometimes it arrives five to ten minutes before or five to ten minutes after. I as of right now i tried catching a last bus that changed from #1 bowness last to #1city centre as it arrived down the street. Didnt even make it to my stop and turned down 2nd ave and was not the last bus to bowness. I am now taking the the train all the way to crowfoot to catch a cab home because the number 40 only runs till eight. 100$ a month and i cant even get home. I have travelled all over the world and seen small town nd massive cities with better transport. Now you cant even contact them to tell them of issues via the app. You have to go through 311 or call during day time hours which are limited. They spent over 5 million to build a garage to house buses during the winter. But dont consider 24/7 service which you wouldn't need a garage to park buses after hours if they ran all the time. They would stay warm during winter. Provide jobs. And get people, especially teens home safe when drinking. Calgary transit is a missing link to stopping drinking and driving due to their inability to properly finance the most expensive transport in all of Canada.
