I was ill on my way to the hospital. The driver pulled over and handed me some tissue. I made it home and one of the staff called me later to make sure I was okay. Great service.

I just started using. Access and have found everyone I have had to deal with extremely helpful the drivers have walked me to and from my front door and the people at the booking office were all so helpful and very kind . Thank you Calgary. Transit for this wonderful service

Access is incredibly inconsistent, I took access to get to school awhile back, sometimes the ride took 20 minutes, other times, 3 hours. and if the unpredictable timing isn't enough, some of the drivers are unbelievably ignorant to the passengers, many cases of them being bossy, pushy or outright mean. Honestly, if you are able to use standard public transit instead, i would recommend that, its far more consistent and you wont have to put up with the drivers' unprofessional behavior.

I have had very good experiences with some great drivers and unbearably bad experiences with others. To be stuck in a cab DURING COVID with a senior next to me coughing non stop without a mask or any attempt to cover his mouth was the last straw. Guess what? I caught it and you can guess the rest. NEVER AGAIN.

I am very thankful for this service. You have to plan basically a whole day for an outing. It's also a shared ride. They pick up others & drop others off before you finally get home. There were times when I was taken directly to my appointment and taken home right away. Most of the time, you arrive at your destination a good 30 minutes. So if your appointment is finished earlier than expected you have to wait for your pick up time. So bring something to occupy your wait time. It's still a very good service for disabled people to get out and do things.

I want to thank everyone who organized and performed this service. Especially the call center staff for understanding my imperfect English and being patient. Transport drivers for service and help. I've had terrible experience with Access. My underage daughter with intellectual disability does not get picked up on time. She cannot be left stranded on her own but they arrive way later. On one way occasion, the driver was so rude that I was almost tempted to get out and not use access. Even if you state your reasons as to why an underage must be picked up from a facility at a certain time, the request falls on deaf ears. The lady I spoke to was thoroughly rude and had no empathy. For a service that claims to serve people with disabilities, my experience with it does not align with their claims. Just very sad !
