Un agreable accueil de Margaret avec des renseignements sur les sites de la region, chambre bien confortable avec salle d'eau tres propre, bon dejeuner du matin, place de parking , super etape pour la visite du Gros Morne une adresse a retenir..

Super belle place, Dame très gentille, elle cuisine très bien et prendra soins de vous comme une bonne mère de famille, prix très raisonnable, toilettes privée, très propre, je le recommande très fortement, très belle vue sur le Lac.

Staying at this homey bed and breakfast was like staying with your mother, that is, if your mother is a kind and caring woman who wants you to eat well and be comfortable. We had been staying at self-catering places, so it was a real treat and luxury to be in the excellent care of Margaret during our two-night stay at Lakeview B and B. The rooms, though small, were comfortable, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, including a TV/DVD player. We enjoyed the cooked breakfasts of eggs and bacon/sausages, complete with delicious teabuns and homemade jams, and had forgotten what a pleasure it is to chat with other travellers over a meal. We look forward to Margaret's warm hospitality when we are again in Deer Lake.

We had a warm welcome by Margaret and she was very helpful. The ensuite room was very small, but had everything we needed. We were tired from driving, so went to bed before the Strawberry Festival concert (just a few blocks away) was over. It was loud, but we slept very well - we were sung to sleep. The breakfast was SO much better than any restaurant where we have had breakfast. It was deliciously home cooked and substantial. The orange coconut scones were heavenly! We'd stay here again!

Margaret's place came recommended by the Deer Lake Tourist Info and it was great. Best homemade orange marmalade at breakfast. Super helpful suggesting a place in Trout River for the following night. Room was comfortable and clean. Older style furniture and sleigh bed with quilt added to the charm. We had planned and booked a West Brook Pond tour the following morning and Margaret made sure we didn't miss it.

The Lakeview B&B was one of the best places we stayed in DeerLake/NFLD. The owner, Margaret, was so friendly and welcoming. She suggested places to visit, and we did. The room, atmosphere was incredible! Breakfast was delicious! We even cancelled our last night reservations at another hotel, so that we could end our vacation on a good note, by staying there one last night. Thank you so much Margaret for your hospitality! Just home from a 3 night stay at Lakeview B&B! What an awesome experience! A home away from home environment! ||Maggie does everything to ensure you feel welcome and you have everything you need.||A lovely breakfast every morning with a special touch of a homemade tea bun! ||It was so interesting to sit around the table and chat with people visiting from other provinces and countries!||The rooms are clean, equipped with your own private bathroom!||Maggie was very attentive and just a pleasure to spend time having a chat with!||If I find myself back on the west coast I know where I will be staying!!
