I stayed here for a night on a business trip. Beautiful rooms and a lovely location. Everything was very clean and it's clear there's a lot of love and care put in. Teresa was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was also delicious! Plenty of food and a wonderful variety of fruits. I will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Cold Lake!

My husband and I stayed at Lakeshore this Saturday night for a quick getaway! We stayed in their jacuzzi tub room. The entire experience was amazing right from check-in. The staff was wonderful. The women who check us in (i didn't get a name, i am terrible with names) was so sweet and helpful she was very polite and quick with check-in. She explained the Wifi and Breakfast and gave simple instructions on getting in and out of the hotel after certain times (main door is locked).

Then, when I got into our room, it was amazing - the photos I saw do not do the room justice. There is a gas fireplace, a large dresser, a closet for storage and hanging, there is an iron and ironing board right in the room, a coffee machine, microwave, and mini fridge, the bathroom is semi open concept into the room with the jacuzzi tub a fair size walk in shower (with an amazing shower head jet combo), a separate toilet room, in floor room heating, a thermostat to control the temperature and individual room A/C units, and a TV with Netflix already logged in on it. And the view from our room specifically was beautiful. i can only imagine how it would look in the summer when there is Leafs and the lake is unfrozen! (February visit). I can also see how nice it would be to sit out on your balcony and enjoy the lake views on your visit.

The breakfast was wonderful - there was coffee and juice, of course. There were oatmeal and toppings and fresh made when you say down breakfast sandwiches from my understanding breakfast options change. But the food was wonderful.

Check out was easy and quick.

The entire hotel was clean and quiet. Many communal sitting areas.

Location is wonderful right across the road from the marina. There are plenty of food delivery options for a nice night in, but there are also many amazing restaurants within 1-2 block walking distance.

This will be a return weekend spot for us.

It was the most cozy and relaxing place that I've ever experienced in Canada. The staff was so gentle and helpful that you feel like a heaven. And the view of the lake is outstanding. I strongly recommend!

This one one of the nicest BnBs that I’ve stayed at. The bed and pillows were comfortable which is important. It was probably the cleanest ive ever stayed at. The owners are awesome to chat with and Theresa made us the best omelet I’ve ever had. We will continue to stay at this location as the other hotels in town do not compare.

I stayed here last summer with my wife and it was absolutely amazing. Well this summer was absolutely horrible ! The room was not cleaned once in 3 days being here! They dont make your bed or take your garbage out. The dont clean the jacuzzi tub. Me and the wife work every day to come back and clean our own room They asked for a 250 security deposit and a extra 40 a night to upgrade our room to the jacuzzi room. Last summer was night and day to this summer because they are now selling the property! Do not stay here unless you want to be scammed and ripped off.

I spent a night at this establishment during a business trip. It's a pleasant place with exceptionally friendly staff. The lady working, in particular, was outstanding and prepared a delightful breakfast for me in the morning. The hospitality was so impressive that I would definitely recommend this place. The cleanliness, attractive rooms, and excellent service all contribute to a positive experience.
