I was so excited to try their baked goods and I was finally able to stop in and buy a piece of cake.

The kids loved their donuts ( maybe I should have gotten a donut lol)

I bit into my slice of cake, to only taste refrigerator

We always take the short drive to Picture Butte for the apple Fritters and raison buns. Top notch bakery. Very friendly and clean!

People say this is the best bakery in southern Alberta. They certainly have a good selection. We tried the donuts which were good, and the lemon squares which were delicious. I couldn't resist buying the deep dish apple pie because it looked like a castle and was only $10.

I would not recommend this bakery for an important order or for your business for the holidays. I chose this one because I was referred to it by a friend, but I was sorely disappointed. They completely messed up my order by giving me cakes rather than pastries as asked for in the order. Worst of all they severely over charged me, thankfully after some coaxing they gave me a slight refund, but the pieces of cake were still around $3 each (each piece is about 1”x1.5”x2.5”). I would have been fine with the price if they would have gotten the order right and given me pastries as ordered.

We do small town bakery/deli tours every weekend (try to anyways) as a family. Koster's is currently at the top of my list. Bakery was amazing, store layout was very functional, selection was premium, and most importantly - the staff was pleasant and accommodating to this city slicker!

Amazing baked goods! Popped in for a peek and left with a bag of treats! The best ginger loaf ever. Also available are some of the candy, deli items and other special trinkets that make the Netherlands so unique!
