From start to finish, this Company was a delight to deal with. Kathy, the Operations Manager, was very helpful and quickly responded to all my emails and phone calls.
Our Driver, Pedro, was the absolute sweetest and surprised us with a look-out point for photos before reaching our final destination.
Glasses are provided in the limo and they were able to accommodate a wheelchair.
I recommend this Company! Thank you!

We rented a 24 passenger bus with Patagonia for our elopement wedding guests. It shuttled them all to the ceremony site, then a little sightseeing after the ceremony and finally to the reception. All guests raved about their experience! It took all their guess work or worry out of the day so they could focus on enjoying themselves along with us on our special day. It worked out great! And Kathy, the operations manager was always pleasant and super efficient. We had multiple changes leading up to our day 🫣 but Kathy never made me feel like I was a bother. The prices were also very reasonable. I'm so glad I stumbled upon them in a Google review. Overall, great experience!

We booked our wedding transportation with Patagonia Chauffeur Services and it was an amazing experience. The communication during the booking process was amazing - I always got a response so quickly. They were on time the day of and did a great job getting us to the locations we needed to go. We went into Banff to Lake Minnewanka for some photos. They did a great job finding a close spot to park so our group (in wedding shoes!!) did not have to walk too far. When my husband needed a pick me up, they found a nearby coffee shop and were very professional about the last minute stop. The drivers were all extremely courteous and true professionals. An amazing experience all around and I would recommend them for any transportation needs.

Used Patagonia for transportation from Calgary airport to Banff. Joe was our driver, he met us right outside the baggage claim area. He took our bags and a short walk to his clean and comfortable car. Snacks and water were nice after a long day of traveling. Joe was great! He was friendly, informative, and helpful. We would absolutely use Patagonia for our next trip.

I booked Patagonia Chauffeur Services for wedding transportation for my daughter's wedding and would highly recommend them.
The communication I received when deciding what to book was prompt and very helpful, no query was too much bother for them.
On the actual day, the chauffeur was there ahead of the agreed time, sent messages to inform us of when he was back at the pickup point, and was very professional.
The car was clean and stocked with water on a very hot day!
I would not hesitate to use them again!

Outstanding service for our wedding day!!! My guests are still telling me how impressed they were with the shuttle service by Patagonia Chauffeur. Cesar was very helpful and professional, as were our fantastic chauffeurs Pedro & Claud. They safely and timely transported our wedding guests to and from Stewart Creek Golf & Country Club. They were so friendly, accommodating and patient with our guests, I'm so thankful we chose Patagonia - highly recommend!!
