Quel dommage de faire des kms à pied pour venir chercher des informations sur Edmonton et l'Alberta et de ne trouver que qqs bouts de papiers et un "vigile" plus intéressé par le tennis diffusé sur l'écran du local que par nous. 1ère déception au Canada. SVP signalez qu'il n'y a plus personne à cette adresse pour accueillir les Touristes. Merci

Me, my family, and friends will not attend KDays as Explore Edmonton Corporation (of the COE) has cancelled Edmonton Prolife's booth.
The Capital is becoming a diminishedcity with its policies and behavior. It is beyond woke and far from inclusive. Such a shame and shame on Explore Edmonton corporation.
We'll be taking our family & friends excursion to an alternative venue and one that is beyond the city limits.

Can I give no stars? Used to do Klondike Days as a kid. The whole thing kicks off with a parade. Everyone loves a parade. Called last year, they said this year. Now this year they are rather quiet. I told em last year (my wallet stays home). Wallet gets a break this year too. SAD SAD SAD

I was at the Shaw center for my sisters grad. I went into a stall with my best friend because she needed help with her dress (obviously). Two security guards employed by explore Edmonton came in banging on the bathroom stall we were in and were looking through the crack in the stall. Luckily we had gotten our body suits back on by this point. Then when we went out to express our concerns with all of the security including someone who appeared to be the manager told us that she didn’t care about our concerns and that it made us feel unsafe. If I could give this staff zero stars I would. Unbelievably unprofessional and inappropriate. Very disappointed with explore Edmonton and their training with their security staff, and because of this ruined part of my sisters grad night.

Been trying to talk to a person about tickets for my special needs child for kdays. Have been calling and leaving messages, leving messages on their chat system and emailing them since April. And have only gotten the auto responses. Stil have not been able to talk to anyone

I am quite unsettled by the behaviour of the private security employed by Explore Edmonton at the Edmonton convention centre. While my sister and her friend were assisting each other in the restroom, two security guards entered the room, looked through the cracks in the door, and verbally harassed them. Not only were they made to feel unsafe and threatened, but the actions of the two employees ruined the graduation event for them both.

Edmonton Tourism is great at supporting local businesses. They are actively attending and promoting such events and products. Their social channels provide great content - they are consistent with their delivery and provide detailed information about festivals and events happening in YEG!
