Rapport, qualité prix, très bien ! Chambre petite, mais bien, très propre malgré l'hôtel moin ressente. Le personnel très gentil et souriant. Peut être spécifier qu'il y a micro onde et frigidaire dans chaque chambre, ce qui est bien utile pour une petite famille.la glissade d'eau est très apprécié des enfants, par contre nous, les parents, on gèle ! L'air est Trop frais à la piscine. Il manque seulement du bon café à volonté dans le mail d'entrée, ce qui est bien apprécié d'un hôtel. Très beau séjour à Edmonton 🙂

On vient de passer deux nuits ,en arrivant le lobby pas chaleureux pantoute, le personnel aimable sans plus, pour le reste ça fait un peu pitié , on était 4 pour deux lit double qui sont confortable mais vraiment pas grand , la salle de bain et petite, fonctionnel mais aucun luxe chambre propre fait l'affaire mais pour 20$ de plus on aurai eu beaucoup mieux à côté, prochaine fois on s'y prendra plus tôt pour trouver une place ailleurs. Surtout que tout les hôtels sont collé les un des autres.

Un hôtel situé à 8 min du West Edmonton Mall. Les glissades d’eau étaient hors fonction au moment de notre passage. Les enfants ont été déçu. Le petit déjeuner est bien et la chambre propre. Pour le prix, c’est bien.

Je conseille ce motel, bien situé dans l'Ouest, près du West Edmonton mall (7 minutes en auto), 30 minutes de la Whyte avenue.||La chambre est propre, salle de bain propre avec bain & séchoir à cheveux, wifi fonctionne bien, cafetière et télévision.||À conseiller si vous voulez un motel abordable dans l'Ouest d'Edmonton!

While it wasn't the worst hotel, I wouldn't stay here again.

For being a non-smoking hotel you wouldn't know it because the bathroom in our room had multiple burns on the side of the tub and sink likely from resting cigarettes and no part of the rooms have been updated in well over 2 decades. We also noticed that the towels had smudges of dirt on them, so they either were not changed out or were not properly cleaned, we did get fresh towels from the front desk right away but we had to retrieve them as they wouldn't deliver them up to the room. The shower heads also desperately need to be replaced as they hardly work and the shower curtains also show signs of molding. As for the room itself it was poorly lit but fine until when we were checking out we were checking to make sure nothing fell under furniture and we found a half eaten piece of toast under the love seat in the room. Obviously these rooms and not being very well cleaned in between guests. The mini fridge froze everything we put inside it. The walls are also very thin and there is a significant gap under the door that we blocked with a towel so doesn't feel like much for privacy.

The continental breakfast is fine but in a very small room with not enough equipment like waffle makers to make the process faster. Probably around 20+ minutes wait or more when busy.

The only other thing to note is there was a significant amount of homeless people around the entrance way and in the initial entrance. Overall not a huge problem especially in these horrible cold temperatures, they need somewhere to go to warm up but it doesn't help the image of the hotel especially when you are first entering.

We did chose this hotel because it was cheaper than the others nearby and in close proximity to West Edmonton Mall but if I were to go again I would choose the slightly more expensive hotel options nearby.

Location was good, very close to a plaza that had all the essential stores. Bus stops on both sides of the hotel, and very accessible to WEM.

Only the pillows were a bit odd since they were all different sizes and I’m assuming they were old ones.

Staff were exceptional though. Front office manager, Keri (not sure if correct spelling), was very good. We had to leave a day before our booked check-out date and the whole process was super smooth and without hassle. Had a few concerns over the charge on my card but she tried her best to help and explain the situation to us. Very good customer service.

My bf and I decided to get a room for 2 nights here. First they gave me only 1 ticket for breakfast. Apparently to get the free breakfast you need a ticket/tickets (depending on how many people in your party). Secondly the hot tub was down. Pool was pretty cold.
The room was actually kinda nice and clean from what I could see. My only complaint on the room was the shower head was very loose.
After a long day I decided to have a drink and only after did I realize it was supper. Go downstairs to realize Smitty's is closed and moved so I had to order through skip. However they do have chips and snacks in the lobby to purchase.
Onto the night I had a hard time sleeping. The only way these doors shut and locked properly is if you slam them... The walls aren't exactly thick.

Otherwise my bf and I had a wonderful time here in the room. There's so much parking, and the elevator worked. They are kid friendly anz pet friendly. This hotel needs lots repaired however for a small getaway or just a place to sleep it was great.
