We had a great experience shipping 7 large boxes of shirts from Calgary to Fort McMurray. They were so helpful (even when I called them more than 7 times with all kinds of questions), the drivers were great, and the cost for shipping was VERY reasonable and fair. We will definitely be using them again in the future! Thank you so much!

I won’t be using this bus service again and would advise others to seek alternative transportation if they value reliability and comfort.They don’t give any reminders for bus stop and irresponsible for the situation of passengers, they never call you for your confirmation , You will come or not .
Totally unworthy, I waste money and time on it.

I came tonight on one of their busses from Edmonton to Fort McMurray it was a horrible experience the seats are uncomfortable with no head support, small and not enough room for your legs
the driver keep turning the heat of with cold air leaks from door and window
And his driving is bad you keep swinging left and right

Very efficient company for parcel delivery. The office lady in Fort McMurray is very pleasant and good at her job. The delivery drivers are awesome and great at their jobs as well. Very impressed and would recommend to anyone needing these types of services.
I haven't used their bus service but I've heard positive things about it.
Edit:
Ive taken the cold shot bus to Edmonton and back several times now and I will never ride with another company so long as this one exists. Tickets are affordable, drivers are professional, they offer wifi and plug ins for charging devices along with other amenities. I have never had an issue with them and highly recommend for anyone who doesn't require lots of space (very, very small bus).

December 2023 edit:
Company just keeps getting better. They've upgraded to larger passenger buses which offer plenty of room compared to their smaller buses. Tickets are still affordable and easy to order online.

Traveling on Cold Shot Bus, the fare is reasonable and affordable
The bus is clean.
Customer service personals are nice and friendly.
My Bus Diver, Maninder Singh, is very professional, excellent and a safe driver. Singh, cares about the passenger comfort and convenience. He always ask how we're doing and feeling during the ride.
I will continue to use Cold Shot Bus Line for my travels and recommend others to use this Bus company.

Great affordable transportation. Nit as comfortable as a coach, but Great staff Great price and gets you were you're going.
The new location in Edmonton is the only downfall as it is very far away from most residential areas so a bit of a $$$ expense if you taxi to get there.
