We had the opportunity to stay in the Bridgeport inn during our stay in Fort McMurray this last week. Found this place was a great place to stay in. Our room was awesome. The staff was so very pleasant. Beautiful decor in the lobby. Upon checking out, we were given a box of chocolates. Would recommend this establishment to anyone who wants a great place to stay in Fort McMurray. Also a complimentary breakfast.

We stayed in room 209. It is a very large room with a kitchenette. It’s on the back side of the hotel so it was very quiet. From the outside the aged hotel doesn’t look like much but when you get inside it is completely different. It is well looked after and has a very friendly and accommodating staff. Maybe the bed could’ve have been a little better, and maybe there could’ve been hot food at the continental breakfast, but for the price I paid, I think everything was perfect and we’ll worth the 5 star rating I gave it. We quite enjoyed our stay there and would definitely return to this hotel in the future.

Spent one night at the Bridgeport Inn- it is close to downtown but my window looked out onto an abandoned hotel that was quite graffiteed so wasn't overly impressed with the view. The room was small but very clean- bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was a nice surprise- moe options than you'd think- waffles, sausage, and boiled eggs along with the usual continental rest. I will stay here again when I am next in town.

I had a King Size jacuzzi suite for 1 night. The room was large and well appointed. However, every few hours a loud noise would come from the bathroom. This was not the sound of someone simply running water or flushing a toilet. ||When I complained about the noise, which woke me up every few hours, I was told that it was the power flushing of the system.||The hotel did not warn that this was an issue, did nothing when this was brought to their attention, and wouldn't do anything by was of discount.||I know Ft. Mac has had issues, but as long as hotels there treat people like this, Ft. Mac will continue to have the reputation it does...

I got to the Inn late & arrived late & was here for business purposes. My employers booked for me.
A dated hotel but renovated. I entered the room and looked clean but smelled like old food.
I was doing work & didn’t notice until a few hours later that the toilet was still dirty. There was feces on the toilet seat and down the front of the toilet.
The microwave was visually dirty with finger and food smudge marks on it.
The carpet was dirty and I didn’t want to take my shoes off. I was so uncomfortable I didn’t sleep much & itchy from the blankets.
I will not return here again. If I had ability to post pictures, I would.

Located downtown in a good location. The rooms are small but clean and quiet. They offer free continental breakfast, and remember to check inside the fridge for more goodies! The people working at the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

Location...location. that's what they say. This Inn has it, along with super comfy room and beds, a marvelous staff too. Bright lively Inn. I am glad my employer put me here for our business visit. Kitchenette was very useful for private meetings.
