What an amazing review do I have to give. My family and I was travelling back home to British Columbia from Saskatchewan and we got caught in a snow storm, every hotel is fox creek was booked up and Foxwood Inn had one room left, mind you I have a medium size dog and they had no pet friendly rooms left. They went over and beyond and accepted our family into their room with no hesitation, paid an extra fee which we were totally fine for. I can't thank you enough for letting us stay! We will for sure be back.

The reason for the review is the breakfast. Real eggs fresh over easy with bacon. Too many of these hotels serve uneatable breakfast. Breakfast lady was great. Rooms were nice and clean as well.

Staff are amazing, cannot say enough about how well we’ve been treated while staying here for 3 weeks! Rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast and coffee are hot and ready every morning and even a nice little workout facility. Will definitely be back

My husband and I were tired and looking for a place to stay with our pets. The Best Western Plus nearby was unwelcoming, did not take pets, and had very inappropriate music with racist lyrics blaring in the lobby. Feeling discouraged, we arrived at Foxwood Inn & Suites. They were very welcoming, accepted pets, and the decor was a bit dated, but in a cozy way. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and made us feel secure. The price was also very fair, though in my opinion, an experience like that while on the road is priceless.

Hotel room smelled of heavy cigarette smoke carpet was not clean hotel is dated. Room only gets cleaned once every 4 days if need new towels have to leave old
Ones in hallway and get new ones at front desk not the worst hotel in fox creek but on its way to the bottom breakfast is thrown is a zip lock bag

I have stayed at this place a few times when there are no rooms available in the good hotels in Fox Creek. The rooms often smell of smoke or smell just dingy with cigarette burns in blankets and furniture as well as holes in the walls. They have glasses in the room wrapped in paper that say they are clean and sanitized but you usually find you need to wash the soap scum and finger prints off of them when they are unwrapped. The room I used during my most recent stay did not smell odd and seemed to be fairly clean. Breakfast is not great and half the time they are out of breakfast or plates and you are forced to tell the front desk and wait. When they restock the breakfast you will have to dodge employees as they flock around the breakfast area as if you are not even a guest trying to get breakfast you just waited 15 minutes for. Along with that they sometimes have the TV volume cranked, and if you turn it down to make a phone call they will come by and turn it back up. Housekeeping likes to have a TV or radio or something loud enough to hear throughout the upstairs while they work. It is like being an uninvited guest in someone's home. This hotel would be better if there was more pride taken and a little money invested to replace cigarette butt burnt bedding and maybe a good carpet cleaning. When I do stay here I call other hotels every morning to see if they have openings because reducing my time spent here is on my mind as soon as I wake up. I feel a little bad leaving a bad review because many of the staff are quite nice but perhaps they are just oblivious to what this hotel lacks.
