The rooms are nice and big. Hallways were clean. My problem was that when I checked in, there was used toilet paper in the toilet and toothpaste in the sink. The food was subpar. One chef was great and served us before we left for work and the other cooked subpar food and wouldn’t serve us because he didn’t believe what we were telling him. Lunches are not great either. Beef liver or fish sitting for 4 days was not a top choice for me, personally. Overall I would have preferred to not stay here but a bigger room was nice.

This camp has plummeted in the last year.

It's been three days and I haven't had my room cleaned, the gym is always a mess and under equipped. Some of the worst mattresses I've slept on at a camp.

But above all else, the food here is bad. All Deep fried, frozen vegetables, very little effort and care put into any meal. The fridges are under stocked with sandwhiches as simple as a slice of ham and a kraft single. Drink fridges often a mess and only contain water and juice boxes.

This is a busy area but one of the worst camps I've been to in Alberta. Stay at the other lodge close by if you can.

Only clean the rooms about every 4 days. Can't even get rooms cleaned for a crew change. Food was hit or miss. Can't even get bacon for breakfast.

Rooms - Bed are comfortable in my opinion, blankets are good, not scratchy junk like some of the camps have. Pillows are nice. Only complaint, been here 4 days and haven’t been brought any fresh towels so I’ll have to track those down sometime this week. Glad I’m on dayshift, because there’s no blackout curtains. Can imagine the room would be a little bright during the days.

Food - Food has been pretty good in my opinion. Nice to not get food poisoning at a camp for a change. Food selection for lunches, lots of healthy food and produce

Service - Checked in late (9:00) so nobody was there, but one of the camp cooks got me checked in and showed me around the place, so pretty happy with the service there.

I’m conclusion, all that’s really missing, is fresh towels every day and maybe some blackout curtains to keep the light out for all the night shift workers

The lodge and rooms are clean enough and the staff are very friendly. The rooms are a decent size, air conditioned and some even have fridges. The staff needs to learn to knock before entering however. There is ample parking and it is located in a quiet area. The only real complaint I have would be the food. Of the limited (healthy) lunch/entree options available not many have allergens properly labelled limiting options even further for those with special dietary needs Secondly, chicken every single day for weeks is a bit excessive. We don't need three chicken options daily between the buffet and the cafeteria entrees. And not even good chicken. It's bland, dry, overcooked and looks like it was butchered in the game fruit ninja. Otherwise the chefs do a pretty good job. A bigger salad bar would be awesome.

The rooms are a decent size and the food is top notch, was there 3 weeks and they only made my bed 3 times and changed the sheets once, didn't really clean the room at all either..

Alright food, good beds. Rooms are great, but it isn't great during night shift because the blinds let in a ton of light. Wifi is super hit and miss. You can't wash your coveralls. Nice to be close to town

Great staff, nice gym, cozy rec room. Overall, the best camp I've stayed at. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating! Nice building, good security, the list goes on!
Only suggestion would be to open the kitchen for supper at 4:00 instead of 4:30. This would allow those on night shift more time to have supper before leaving.
