Needed a tow may 31st advised by tow company can't tow due to a bad tire. Went to Walmart till I cam get it fixed now July 2 second I was told they brought the wrong truck to bring me to city tire to get it fixed so caa called city tire to fix my tire on spot but still needed to be towed to clarenville area and now I'm told I've used up all my tows cause they used two service calls yesterday to fix a mistake on their end and leaving me stranded cause they can't fix the issue right away like they should. Caa is meant to keep you on the road no leave you stranded at a Walmart parking lot.

Absolute Angels
I accidentally locked my house/car keys in the car after the latest snow storm. Called everywhere looking for fast assistance as we started to freeze! Dispatch Al was so helpful and empathetic as she assisted beyond her duty! They arrived in such a short timeframe and unlocked my car in 2 secs! They provided a complimentary service in an urgent time of need! Already told my family and neighbours to update their accounts with CAA! Utmost reliable, professional service!!! Thank you so much

My car abttery died in the middle of the road, and I got locked out of the car while trying to deal with the situation. Waited for 2 hours from midnight, while they kept dissembling that the tow truck was '15 minutes away', which changed to, 'we don't know when it'll be available' and finally at the end of 2 hours to 'we have no tow trucks available'. At no point did they call to update me about the situation, all the while I was standing out in the cold. If they had informed me, I could've at least made alternate arrangements for the night instead of waiting till 2 am outside, trying to get my car started again. I had used them before, but this was extremely poor service on their behalf if service is the word for it.

Friendly, helpful, efficient staff.

I am not a CAA member but I've visited their offices on several occasions to get my international driver's permit. They are quite helpful and if you're looking to get the IDP they can even take the photos needed for it.

Just would like to thank CAA for assisting us when our truck broke down just west of St Johns, and sending us Gary from Dawe’s towing, an outstanding person and very friendly, was a pleasure having Gary on board to help us out, cheers to Gary and Dawe’s towing

One of the staff was incredibly helpful with foreign travel assistance. A friend needs a visa to travel and we could not find out how to get the visa. The staff person was able to make contact to get the visa! ?

Excellent meal & service! Jeff, our server, was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable. He even surprised us with an anniversary swan carved from an apple!! Highly recommend!!

CAA use to be good, left stranded with a broken brake line becouse R&D towing (St.Johns) did not want to tow when he arived. Better to keep CAA fees in your pocket and pay fòr tow truck if you ever need one
