These guys are crooks! Their management made me pay extra money to go to their Edmonton Tim Hortons station when I could have gone straight to their main station in Edmonton without having to pay extra and wait needlessly for nothing! You guys are thieves for doing that! You’ll be called out on a public platform soon and reported as well!

I took this bus from Grande Prairie to Edmonton and it's something I regret with everything inside me. The damn bus driver was pulling absolutely stupid and dangerous moves on the highway like passing an oversized tanker truck with barely an inch to spare between the bus and tanker, speeding past 18 wheelers on snowy, icy parts of the highway which almost caused him to slide into the ditch. Then the bus itself had issues such as windshield wipers that didn't work properly to the point I'm surprised that the driver could even see out the front window. My advice... DO NOT TAKE THIS BUS LINE UNLESS YOU FEEL LIKE PUTTING YOUR LIFE AT RISK.... that's how I felt during the 5 hour trip!!! Extremely upset that this bus was even allowed on the road and the driver allowed to transport passengers.

Making good time on the ride but the seating is incredibly cramped. I don’t like that I need to be touching so much of another person while being stuck up against the wall of the bus. The seats are only made for small people and the wifi doesn’t work. My phone isn’t picking up any signal. Staff is friendly and the driving is good.

Very uncomfortable, Guy sitting next to me sprawled out most of the trip, gave me practically no room and the guy had a cold, incidentally I got sick later in the night. Suggestion: maybe tell people as a courteousy to others not to travel with cold or flu symptoms or wear a mask if you must travel. website says there's USB ports, there was but mine didn't work and the people sitting in front of me couldn't get theirs to work either, website says there's seat belts, mine didnt have one. I wouldn't recommend shipping anything fragile or putting anything fragile in your stowaway bag, they weren't secured well in the trailer attached to the bus I could hear things falling over and getting thrown around (as I sat in the back seat). This bus I think needs some maintenance work. Something was squeaking and rattling horribly the whole trip. Also ended up with a flat tire during the trip, To their credit, they got it fixed quickly and the delay was minimal (also credit to the fine folks at Integra tire in Mayerthrope) But the driver was driving pretty aggressively and hitting every bump MAY have been a contributing factor, hard to say. Driver couldn't even wait 2 seconds for people to sit down before taking off again without warning. I understand you have deadlines to make and everything, but that's dangerous when your carrying passengers need to keep that in consideration.

Like a gamble fart. You cant win if you dont play. Good service. Know a lil Mandarin or Russian(ukrainian) and youll understand the instructions. I have telegram so no thing but a chicken wing. Cheers!!!

Great company if your preference is to pay for a delivery that they refuse to deliver out for you and hold at their warehouse. Do not use them!!!
