Wow, quel bel hôtel! Les chambres sont grandes et propres,, les lits sont confortables! Il y a une très belle piscine, une salle familiale, un grand gym, un resto sur place (et cest excellent! )... tout est impeccable!

Very disappointment in the customer service in trying to accommodate tournament families. Trying to book a conference room for the adults to converse in was $350/day PLUS 18% gratuity (this was their best price). In speaking with the representative, they stated the gratuity is if we need help in the room - which baffles me as we don't need help or getting served - so this is just a a money grab.
Additionally, they stated due to past circumstances that is why the price is high - so beware that we need to pay the consequences of past guests.

Other hotels charge $50-100 per night, which is manageable. This is nothing but a greedy manager/company trying to bleed the pockets of families traveling with their kids and already spending excessive amount of money.

Suggest if booking for tournaments, DO NOT BOOK here as aside from the price gouging, no breakfast, and structured times of when you can go into the pool.

Positive: Gym, and pool Negative: I don?t like staying at places where jr hockey teams stay. They always run up and down the hallways all night and take over the pool and hot tub. If I know hockey teams prefer a place I will usually not come back

2 night business trip. Room was very clean and nicely furnished, but man was it HOT!!!
First night it was 24 deg C. Fiddled with the thermostat to adjust it down, did not work as it seemed like it was locked despite the sign that instructed how to change it. (See picture) Woke up the next morning it was 25.5!! 2nd night we spoke to the front desk about the issue (my colleague and I- though 3 of us had the same issue), they said they would send the facilities personnel up to the room that was 930pm. No one came up. It was 26 deg C and the gym felt even hotter. Called at 10 ish pm and the front desk said the facilities person adjusted it on their tablet... I waited another 30 minutes for it to adjust but it stayed at 26 deg C. Went down to lobby at 1120pm only to be told to wait, just went to the gym to find it even hotter. Went back at midnight and the same front desk agent and another gentlemen. That's when I got a different story - guy says it's set at 25 deg C for the entire hotel and that they can't control it. I tell him directly, this lobby is certainly not 25 deg C, the arrogant gentlemen says I'm welcome to bring a thermostat to check! Then they offer to give me a new room at 12am. I declined and went back to my room and pop the window all the way open. Funny thing is I didn't even feel like the window was open, it made no difference and I woke up at 6am to 25 deg C. Two nights of poor sleep due to a hot room- first world problems!

I get it facilities don't always work, but the handling was very poor. No follow up on whether the temps came down, especially when you tell a client that someone will be up. Then getting fed someone ridiculous answer that the whole hotel is set to 25 deg C. Gym was nice just felt like I was in Miami because it was even hotter.

Had. Great stay here. Service at every step was professional and welcoming. We dined a few nights in the lobby restaurant, and Kaitlyn was such a wonderful server - friendly and attentive.
Rooms were well-appointed, updated, and clean. Beds were comfortable and housekeeping was prompt and reliable. Pool was well-maintained and the sauna was clean. Only real knock is the elevator speed (which is a very minor issue).
Would happily recommend for anyone in the region.

Hotel is situated not too far from the airport. Around many restaurants and shops. ||The hotel itself was very nice. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The gym, sauna, hot tub and steam room was a great addition and the hotel restaurant was nice. ||The only concern there is the safety from some of the other guests staying at the hotel. They create a very uncomfortable environment for some of the guests staying there that the hotel needs to better work on.
