The Service is excellent. The front desk, cleaning and breakfast staff are incredible. They go above and beyond, all you have to do is ask. The breakfast lady was amazing, she was always making sure food was replenished. There was a good selection of cereals, waffles, bacon, sausage, potatoes and eggs, which were always hot, as well as breads, bagels, muffins, etc.
The Rooms are very small especially for a long stay. The ovens don’t work which makes it extremely difficult unless you eat out everyday. The hotel itself is a bit rundown but, they’re slowly renovating and it was clean.

Very friendly and helpful staff, the front desk lady was very kind and made me breakfast even though I checked out before the kitchen was open. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Price was reasonable. I would stay there again for sure.

The staff are awesome and room cleanliness is top notch. Room maintenance is also above par. No visible damage noticed. ||We use this hotel as an overnight stop to cut a half day off Edmonton trips. Then we get to Edmonton in the daylight and avoid rush hour too.

The breakfast lounge custodian, Priya, is working there and is very pleasant and helpful. She even helped me with my waffle.

Bathrooms specifically showers are rarely cleaned properly between guests. 3 times in a row my employer has booked me into this hole in wall and there's Grim dirt and black rings left in the showers that when I wipe an area with my finger and water it comes off.

Food isn't handled proper they don't wash hands or always wear gloves between handling and cleaning. and the food is stacked enough that you can tell by looking at it that's its in the food danger zone. Waffles are pretty good though so are their bagged breakfasts to go. These are of better quality then the hot breakfast and they can do vegetarian if u give them notice and ask they are willing to accommodate needs and requests.

The only restaurant close by is a subway if you're walking less then 10 minutes.

Nice staff and clean hotel; just getting a bit worn down and not as functional as it could be. The games/rec room is listed on the website but appears to be permanently closed down (so they should really update their website as I was very excited to use the pool tables). The fitness centre is decent enough but the treadmill that is working has broken fans so it got pretty hot in the room, fairly quickly (no other fans in the gym). I was surprised there was no bike but that wasn't the end of the world. The guest room itself is nice enough but not very well thought out. The slide out desk function is awesome but the chair for the desk is too low to properly function with the desk. The tv has HDMI ports if you want to use it as a second monitor but the way it's mounted makes it dangerous to try and plug in (simple fix for the hotel would be to buy a HDMI extender so guests could plug into that without fear of wrecking the tv). There's no real landing area for guests to hang their outdoor coats so you either hang it on the iron/ironing board that is closest to the entry OR go around into the room and hang it behind the chair/lamp on a coat rack they installed in the corner. No mat or rug for outdoor shoes. The door swings the wrong way in the little area outside of the bathroom that houses the sink (if it swung towards the wall instead of towards the sink, you could install some coat hooks for your outdoor gear. Breakfast selection was pretty good. The waffle area with the granola and berries was awesome.

It's tricky to find if one doesn't know their way around Grande Prairie but once found it was a breeze to relocate it from other places. It isn't bright yellow any more like the google pictures show, it's grey and beige which threw me off.
They don't have closets in the rooms. You've been forewarned. However, the rooms are clean, breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly.

Not bad, fairly new. A lot of workers were staying here when I was there. They did a decent job cleaning the mud considering! Breakfast was sausage, hash rows, scrambled eggs, and undercooked bacon. Typical.
