No one books the buses correctly or at all in some cases. They don't ever answer their phone, or return their messages. Voicemail or email. Very difficult to get around the city in a wheelchair without the bus. Wish they would take care of their business and stop letting it affect the individuals that use this service. We pay good money for this bus and it is always a big gong show. So frustrating.

For a city, this is a pathetic service offered. Really need to look at dat's that is offered in Edmonton.
Tried to contact on a Sunday morning and line was always busy like phone was set offline.

There doesn't seem like they have a good plan to service those of us that are unable to get around do to our disability with walking.Those of us that prefer to use our ability to work within our means and limited access to work but we are not a priority to qualify for rides.Very unhappy with this system.people don't seem to realize that being productive is a contribution to my wellness emotional and physical
