Definitely needs updating. Rooms have the cheaperest furniture available, bed was lumpy and worried about bed bugs. Water pressure was good, but towel rank was as far away from the tub that they could place it. Nicest thing in the room was the fridge. So called breakfast is not breakfast, its yogurt in a fridge. Got booked in as i was in town for work and their sister property gave MY reserved room away to another employee who wasn't scheduled. For what they are sharing, they could do a lot better. Do not recommend unless you are absolutely desperate

Found this place after my truck broke down and had to find a place to stay for one night. Paid over $100 a night to stay here and this will be the last night I will stay here. Woke up in the morning frozed because the heat was low in -30 weather. Talked to someone to turn it up and they wouldn't. Found the heat and seen it was at 18 in this weather. I went and put it up for everyone else that is staying there. Can't even get my money back for last night. If it's -30 over night that heat should be at least over 20 not at 18. You keep this up and you will have more problems to deal with. This was ridiculous and unacceptable.

Looked nicer in the ads. There was a hole in my bathtub, floor was starting to peel up and the ac unit made terrible noises. Parking was ok but if u parked in the wrong spot u could easily get blocked in. The concrete walls made it sound proof but there was no bins for dog poop so others just left their dogs crap in the small area of grass. Staff was super friendly but the bed wasn't all that great. There is a reason it's one of the cheapest in GP.

The customer service when I stopped in Tuesday evening on November 13th to inquire on rates and availability was amazing! The gentleman behind the desk was professional, courteous, kind and very helpful. He even let me view one of the rooms before I booked it & it was impressive for the rate.
Definitely recommend!

I cant say enough bad things about this place, $110/ night shower water doesn't get hot, hotel heat doesn't work, wifi doesn't work, shower in gross condition and disrepair I would have had a more comfortable stay in the local drunk tank. Only up here for work and this is where the company put me. Do yourself a favor and book anywhere else. I am only leaving a one star review for the sake of being able to leave a review. "Free breakfast" is simply grabbing something out of the fridge in the lobby area if it can even be called that

If you have had previous trauma in your life and can compartmentalize, this is the spot for you. Do not expect anything above what they are legally required to provide. I have seen prison cells that are better maintained. They really prey on the desperate or frugal. I jammed the chair under the door lock and tried to click my heels together, but it didn't work. While there's no place like home, at least I wasn't freezing from having to sleep in my car. I might be from Grande Prairie, but I have minimum standards. I left a tip and hope the staff know there are better options than this.

You get what you pay for.. the room was visibly dirty, stain on the bedsheet and floors felt gritty. The walls were covered in handprints or food or something else. The beds were decent but a little soft and sunken in. Loved the nice large fridge and microwave. Our door did not deadbolt lock and the windows in the bathroom and front do NOT lock so anyone can open them from the outside. It felt very unsafe. Great water pressure in the bathtub. What looked like blood stains on the curtains in the bathroom and the fan did not work. Overall would not stay again.

Good motel for short stay. Very near airport, which was important since flight was very early a.m. Room was very clean; window on both ends of the room, so good air flow. Mattress was comfy, but a bit too soft. Window screen in bathroom was not properly installed, & I think one panel of sliding glass was missing, since was only one panel of glass on the inside.
