I stayed here on a work trip as it was close to the Dunes Golf Course. The owners and staff were very friendly and lovely to chat to. The yard and space is very clean and well organized and the breakfast was terrific. I look forward to staying again on my next work visit!

This BnB is an oasis! Our hosts were so friendly and gracious. We had a private balcony and bathroom with a tub. The room was comfortable, spacious, and clean! We had such a lovely relaxing stay. Breakfast was delightful- the hosts provided a menu and we were able to
choose Eggs Benedict and Belgian waffles for breakfast. It was delicious! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming through the area, and staying here makes me exclusively want to choose BnBs for my travels, over hotels. We had a delightful stay!

I was travelling alone as my husband had to work. I have to say that Charlotte, Rod and Eve were very welcoming and friendly. It was like a home away from home - it was like looking outside into a Winter Wonderland. I stayed in the upper suite, and it was very comfortable, and I slept very well. The food was amazing. I would have to say that it is one of the BEST B & B's that I have ever stayed at. Much more personable and comfortable than any hotel room. We hope to come back in the summer, as the drive was beautiful (even for winter) and to see what it is like that time of year, and to take advantage of the wonderful deck and sitting area. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness during my stay. It will not be forgotten.

If you are looking for a relaxing and welcoming place to stay in Grande Prairie, this is it! ||I stayed with Charlotte and Rod for a couple of nights and was so pleased with my stay. Not only did they take excellent care and attention to my needs, but they were also generous and kind in the process. ||I had a full day that I needed to get some work done in between commitments and was able to work away at their home throughout the day. I was able to enjoy a pleasant walk on their beautiful acreage as well.||The bed was extremely comfy!||I'll stay again with these fine folks for sure!

I came in from Ontario to visit with friends in northern Alberta and they organized a two night stay at River Road B & B. It was absolutely charming and after a whole day of travel I needed a comfortable bed. I was not disappointed. Down like pillows and soft fleece sheets kept me warm and cozy all night long. I slept soundly and enjoyed a truly delicious breakfast the next two mornings. The home is spacious, well appointed with hundreds of interesting collectibles, and spotlessly clean. They have thought of everything to make for a relaxed and easy stay in a quiet ambiance. I so appreciated the motion night lights in the hallways and stairwells; and the great shower and water pressure. Our wonderful hostesses; Charlotte and Eve, were wonderfully hospitable, accomodating, and friendly.The B & B is easy to find just outside the city set in a lovely woodland of birch and fir trees. I will be recommending to friends and look forward to another stay in the future.

We always stay here when we come to Grande Prairie, nice comfortable rooms, amazing breakfast, the owner is a sweetheart, and the best part, no screaming kids running around at all hours of the night like some hotels... it's great

I stay here often on work trips to Grande Prairie. Rod, Char, and Eve are very pleasant hosts. They have a beautiful well kept property. There are many options for a great breakfast! It is just outside of the city which is nice and quiet and yet close to town (5 minutes). I look forward to my next stay.
