I've never had business with this Company before, but unfortunately, my first encounter with one of their drivers was alarming. Today at 11:43 AM, while driving from Balzac into Calgary near Horizon Mall, their driver operating vehicle U54982 cut me off in a two-turning-lane intersection. They failed to yield and abruptly turned into my lane, putting my safety at risk.

While I understand mistakes happen, this incident raises concerns about the company's emphasis on driver safety and responsibility. As a cautious driver, I hope the Company addresses this issue and ensures their drivers adhere to road rules, I did call but no one returned my call and it's my reason for leaving it here.

Today April 25 2024. Had an encounter with an unpleasant driver at the ufa in Red Deer this morning. I fueled and walked to the porta potti 100’ away. Was in there maybe a minute and this fella is freaking out and yelling at me asking if it was my truck I said yes it is. Then he walks away and says I must be a stupid American. Then after that I came unglued on this loser and he shut up and went back in his truck. Not very professional. I guess that’s what you get when you pay your drivers $20 an hour. I couldn’t believe it

I got a delivery form this company and they needed me to get someone to meet them on site. They called me at at 1pm and said he was going to be there in 15 minutes. I told him my buddy was going to be 45mins at least. He said fine so my buddy was a little late because of traffic and got there at 2pm, I thought everything was fine but they charged me an extra $90 on top of the $200+ I paid for the delivery, very sneaky because I didn't get a time and when I call to dispute it and tell him what happened I said I wouldn't use the company again if they wouldn't refund it. He rudely kept saying he didn't want my business just pay the charges. Very unprofessional and I won't be using them again

My company calls these guys all the time to come and deliver. Always great service and quick delivery. They don't do same day but they make up for it by being readily available with a good team.

I had an encounter with one of their drivers today. He was picking up a load in edmonton, he told me how much of hurry he was in because he needed to in red deer by 1630. I had this encounter at 1530. This clearly a unreasonably pushed driver. I have hifab a red flag for this. What kind of company expects their drivers to work like this. I departed the yard 1600, an the truck in question was still being loaded.
