This is a dated motel you can get a smoking room . But prefect price . Our room was in the little courtyard which was great for us we had motorcycles tucked away . Smoking room so able

Rooms basic but clean, very accommodating for pets ( as opposed to motels that call themselves “pet friendly”, and then charge you $30 per pet). Sandy is friendly and and helpful, rates are good compared to others nearby. Recommend!

We didn't book a room anywhere. So they were helpful in getting us a dog friendly room and a great price. Think it was their emergency room because floor was stain (dog room/smoking room, understanding), shower was dirty, no ac which sucked.
But we were in a pinch, they were friendly and helpful and got us a room! For that we are thankful!

Room was great price, pet friendly, clean, and had a very cozy feel inside. Beds very comfortable, pillows plush! Staff was very accommodating and even helpful with letting us keep a few bags in office after check out til we had our ride out to campground! A definite place we will stay each time in town!

we stayed here for two nights. while the hotel is showing its age, it was clean, and maintained. coffee maker, fridge, microwave. staff was wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable. definately a good price for the budget concious, like us. and well worth it!|

Front desk clerk was friendly & accomadating. Room was very basic, provided with microwave, fridge and coffee pot. Shower worked great. Rooms were dated, very warm though 3 fans were provided in the room. Convenience room checkout, you were able to leave the key in the room. We liked that we could park right outside our room. We would stay here again.

I was so happy with the help from the owners and how kind they were to us. I have a 9 month old and the owner, she provided me with a stroller. Our vehicle broke down and the owners husband offered to provide the tools we needed to help us fix the car, he also helped fix it so we could make it home. Rooms were nice and affordable and they didn't charge us the next day either! Very nice stay was so happy and thankful for all their help and support! We had stayed in Crestwood 2 days prior to Big horn and it was too expensive and not worth the price so we were glad we got to stay at the Big Horn for a night, well worth it!

Firstly, was told we could be in the room shortly after lunch but then were made to wait another hour and a half. No one was around at the hotel to check us in when we arrived either. Definitely not a smoke free premises as google suggests. Our room reeked and had 2 ash trays left on the table.
No AC in any of their rooms. Parts of the ceiling stipple where coming off in chunks. It was hotter in the room than it was outside. You get a great view of a truck stop or the highway.
Only real positives are that its pet friendly and has decent water pressure in the showers. Wouldnt go back, theres other similarly priced places with better rooms.
