75 dollars perdu et 4H de ma vie offerte pour rouler en bus à 80km heure avec un seul salarié de l'entreprise que le chauffeur, pour tenter de voir des ours !
un seul arrêt de 5minutes express pour voir les wapitis qui sont de partout , dans la ville de JASPER. Notre camping le whistler en avait des 10 aine de partout à côté de nos RV et dans les alentours.
la visite débute à 17h30, direction 4km , face au lac pour une pause photo qui dure deja 30 minutes !! et encore 30 minutes d'explication sur les cornes des wapitis sortis du coffre du bus !

ensuite on roule sur les routes highway, les mêmes que les gros camion à 80km h en cherchant des animaux !! la blague !!

tout le monde était exasparé !

retour vers 20h quand il prend la direction du lac médecine, lieu photo , où personne n'a voulu faire de stop ayant bien compris qu'à part 3 ELK on ne verrais rien de plus
21h15 retour au centre ville §
quelle déception, et le chauffeur qui raconte sa vie, celle de son fils photographe etc ,

au retour à 22h à mon campground j'ai vu à côté des tentes 2 ELK en pleine liberté

bref un vrai attrape touristes, sans audio guide, et sans la moindre saveur
Pas besoin de payer pour rouler sur la même route que le chauffeur.
Prenez un vélo, à moins de 3 km du centre ville se trouve des tas d'animaux en liberté

Un gros coup de coeur pour cette magnifique compagnie. Nous avons pris les 2 activités en hiver et tout était réussi. Les guides sont tres compétents ( mention spéciale to Iona!), drôles et très à l'écoute. On a appris pleins de choses. Puis, nous sommes repartis à Edmonton avec eux aussi, très bon chauffeur et à l'heure! Je recommande vraiment de booker des activités avec eux. Fun et plaisir garantis!

Nous avons pris Sundog pour notre transport entre Lake Louise et Jasper ainsi que pour Jasper à Banff. Conducteur à l'heure, sympathique et courtois. Mention spéciale pour le Moustached Mountain Guide qui nous a diverti et fait rire avec ses anecdotes et informations intéressantes sur le Icefields Parkway!

We booked a tour with Sundog from Jasper to Lake Louise travelling through the Canadian Rockies past many glaciers and mountains and the most spectacular scenery imaginable.
We had the most amazing guide and driver, Shaun. Honestly he really made the trip so interesting and enjoyable and was really knowledgeable and did a great commentary and was so helpful and went the extra mile with the whole group, such a lovely guy.
The stops along the way at various lakes and waterfalls were amazing and the Ice field parkway especially so with the once in a lifetime opportunity to drive onto the Athabasca glacier and spend time on it not forgetting the trip in an Antarctic vehicle!
The timing for everything was really perfect and we had plenty of time to explore the skywalk and information areas and finishing at Lake Louise was a wonderful end to an unforgettable day not to mention the many animals we encountered along the route.
We had done the Rocky Mountaineer 2 day train trip prior to this excursion and honestly both my husband and I enjoyed this trip and the scenery more. It’s breathtaking scenery and spectacular with the added bonus of many stops and wonderful photo opportunities and the fantastic commentary and information and history really made the tour. This tour was the highlight of our entire holiday.Thank you so much Shawn for making our holiday in Canada absolutely amazing. ❤️

5/5 - Top tour choice in Jasper

My parents and I joined the Maligne Lake Cruise tour in late June. The bus was pretty new and comfortable, and we stopped at different attraction points on the way to Maligne Lake.

The guide/driver was very knowledgeable and responsible. He told us many fun facts about Maligne Canyon and knew the best spots to take pictures. We also spotted bears, eagles, and elk on the road.

The view at Maligne Lake is astonishing. The glacier-fed lake shows different colours with sunlight. The guide got us cruise tickets and we had enough time to explore the area and have lunch.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience with Sundog. We look forward to revisiting beautiful Jasper soon. 🙂
