It's a very beautiful location, with absolutely wonderful staff! They made our wedding day an easy to plan event and the day went so smoothly. Greg and all his staff were very supportive and all took such great care of us as well as our guests! Thank you so much to the Lily Lake crew for all your help on our wedding day

It took me a long time to come write this review. Thinking about Lily Lake just makes me sick to my stomach. It's all rainbows and sunshine until they have your money and are too busy to properly help you and your guests. We had to make a last minute (2 weeks out) change of venue due to awful communication. I'm actually so grateful we did because most of the hotel rooms smelled like cigarette smoke and their archaic room booking system and inability to confirm bookings made me not want to be there. I'm not sure what happened but communication fell apart in the most awful way as we got closer and closer to our wedding date and it seemed like we were not going to get to have a wedding there. We, along with our friends and family, are out around $4000.00 we will never get back.

Zero stars! My daughter was to get married Aug 21st of this year (postponed from last year). Greg took their $2000 deposit in 2019. When we started working with him earlier this year, he was completely unresponsive. Guests were trying to book the cabins and he never replied back to them. The grooms parents had meetings with him and he kept making promises but never following through. Finally 2 weeks before the wedding we had to pull the plug and find another venue. We didn't even tell Greg we were leaving - and he never reached out to see what what happening. I think he was trying to get us to go somewhere else, but never offered our deposit back. Awful experience for 2 people excited about to start a new chapter of their lives. If anyone paid their deposit with a credit card, go to the credit card company for a refund.

I went for a sacred healing gathering and it was delightfully amazing. The space is gorgeously immaculate with a very aged, antique feel to it. The food was delicious and healthy, and the room I stayed in was perfect for what I was looking for. I'm already interested in going back! Thanks Lily Lakes 💜

The manager only cares about you until you hand over the deposit. As soon as you give him your hard earned money he could care less about you. He went from replying within hours to not hearing from him for weeks. He’s nice upfront but fails to maintain that after you’ve signed the contract. Do not be deceive by his act. Purely Heinous. We lost 2000$ that was meant for our wedding. He’s caused so much stress and heartbreak. Do not trust him, Lily lake resort, or the good reviews. It’s all an act.

I had my wedding there August 14th 2021. My husband and I had the best time and so did our guests. Food was amazing and Greg was great to work with. I couldn’t have asked for a better time!

We put down a deposit for a wedding last summer, once we paid communication was spotty. I tried taking my bridesmaids for dinner at the restaurant a few months before the wedding only to arrive to notices posted by the county stating that occupancy was not permitted. After numerous attempts we finally got ahold of the manager who reports that it was an issue with their sprinkler system that they were sorting out. As the wedding approached and covid restrictions were enforced we tried working with the venue to move dates, or move wedding outside but they were unable to accommodate. They said our $2500 deposit plus hundreds of dollars in room bookings could be used as a credit at the venue but then stopped returning out calls and our emails.

My husband and I got married at Lily Lake Village Resort just this past weekend.
The service was phenomal, and the staff were very accommodating.
All of our guests had positive feedback and the meal was to die for.
Louise set our whole reception room and made it stunning and beautiful. Kudos to her! I know that on it's own was alot of work.
Kathy was a great manager and helped us out for last minute arrivals and changes during late hours the night before our wedding.
Greg made sure to personally help us before and on our day to make sure everything was perfect. He was there for anything we needed and made it was done quickly and easily. Like I said, our day was perfect.
We stayed in the log room which had a jacuzzi suite. The room was large and kept clean and provided tons of room for preparations.
I would recommend Lily Lake to anyone.
