Belle chambre. A notre arrivée c'était un peu frais. On nous a apporté un petit radiateur portatif et tout est entré dans l'ordre.
Déjeuner chaud complet avec service compris dans le prix de la chambre.
C'est un gros PLUS.

Front desk staff are great! Very friendly and accommodating. Room was great: spacious and clean with everything thats needed. Guest services manager Krysta is awesome. She is professional and has done a great job of ensuring the hotel is very well-run. They have excellent security staff that take care of the building and grounds as the lounge can bring in some outsiders. Deneen in the breakfast room is outstanding. She does not stop her entire shift and will go out of her way to make sure your breakfast experience is the best. Shannon, the lounge manager is amazing. She is very friendly, inviting and a lot of fun! The lounge has delicious food and has a great atmosphere to eat and hang out in. Very well-run as well. There are a few bartenders that did not meet expectations but overall still a great place to eat and chat with friendly people.

Alarm clock was left on from previous stay so we were woken up at 6am. Went down for breakfast had our breakfast at table ready to eat was told we needed to have shoes on so we had to go back up to our room for our shoes , we were in sock feet by time we came back our food was gross and cold. No sign saying shoes were required at breakfast. Otherwise room was clean.

Love this place! This is our second time here for cheer and we love staying here.
Super clean, affordable and it's always fully decorated for Christmas with trees, inflatables as soon as you come in .

Beds are comfy
Pool is awesome
Breakfast included is an amazing buffet in a restaurant.
The staff in the restaurant are so kind.
Fresh coffee, choices of tea.
Bkfast was omelets, ham, hashbrowns, toast, yogurt, cereal.
The cheese on the omelets was real cheese and not the fake egg stuff.
Restaurant an actual restaurant.

The hotel is a little older but it's clean and lots of upgrades
5 stars for sure!

We had a suite. It also had a balcony for outside and fridge and microwave and an extra sink. Not to mention a little living room.

Super close to a Safeway and superstore and restaurants!

So I lost my CC over a month ago and due to mail strike I still haven’t received the replacement. Tried to get a room but they wouldn’t allow me even when I said I could put 1000.00 on my bank card, show driver’s license, sin card, PAL, 🤷🏻‍♂️. I guess they were worried I was going to take the awesome priceless lamp 😂 terrible they would rather someone drink and drive or freeze🤷🏻‍♂️

I almost always stay here every time I pass by Lloydminster, especially in winter, the hotel is warm.The breakfast staff was very efficient and friendly.
Every hotel has discounts for staying two nights or more, but not here.

It was the most basic of any hotel we stayed at. The pool was closed, and some of the gym equipment wasn't working. Plus, the a/c wasn't working. Very hot in the room.
We travel for work and we won't be going back to this hotel. However, we gave them a chance
Thank you for responding. As for another room offered to us? I never got that memo. We were offered a small fan.
