Very disappointed with the quality of service at this place. We went to a Vietnamese travel agency on the pretense that we would have confirmed seating for our group of 5. Our travel agent Kim was not up to date on the new booking policies so gave us incorrect information on this. This was not the case and we had to wait 48h prior to check in just as we would have if we bought the tickets online ourselves. The one thing she did was save my parents seats until they could confirm their trip, but they ended up paying more for it at this agency than if we had gone online and purchased it after the fact. I ended up doing all the check-in processes myself. While there, our airline carrier went on strike on the day we were to fly back. The rule was that we had to go back to our travel agency to handle the rebooking, but they were not reachable. We spent almost 8 hours navigating the rebooking ourselves in a foreign country, which was so frustrating because we had initially got a hold of Kim who responded but once we explained our situation, she stopped responding. We got a message from her the DAY AFTER, to let us know that it was all sorted out. Yes, because WE did all the legwork!!!!! What is the use of going through a travel agency I do have to say that Micra, one of the other employees, was very professional and attempted to help us a few times. Overall, there is NO point going this route and you will be better off booking and handling the trip yourself.

The service provides here is not only well organized, professional, but also having a know-how attitude. The staffs were great and were very responsive when you had questions or concerns. I am always satisfied with their professionalism and service they provided. Strongly recommend this place!!
