They listed their number as American Airline support phone number and when I asked them whenever they were from American Airline, they said they were. This is a scam company that preys on the vulnerable.

RED ALERT | FRAUD ALERT

Found their number as call center for Singapore airline, asked to book window seat for 4 people. They charged $400 and booked normal seat (available for free otherwise).
When I called back (through another # because the earlier one was not accepting my no in the incoming) the rep. informed - "she heard I requested for near window seat" - that's a fraud right there.
I blocked my credit card so they can't charge.

scam, scam, thrives, robbers. stolen my father $1330.45 dollars,
when we called , because i noticed is was over price after check-in in jet blue. they did not want to refund the money and threatened telling us about lawyers. but we and the ours bank have lawyers too.

This company is nothing but a ripoff. They charged double the cost of the ticket if I had gone directly through the airline.

This is a scam. They claim to be a third party ticketing company affiliated with an airline. They then overcharge you and cancel or change your itinerary. DO NOT give them personal or credit card info!!!
