Please watch your credit card statements when staying here. Our company was charged 10 nights when they were only authorized to charge for 2 nights.
After many attempts to resolve this with the owner, they have proven to be impossible to deal with.
The motel is filthy.
The owners are thieves.

The room smelled rancid like pee. And although I was charged extra for my kids I did not receive enough pillows for all of us. The bathroom floor was rotted out and there were cobwebs all over the drawers have mouse poop in them and the microwave was filthy. It was , however close to the arena. But our car would’ve been closer lol. I had to tell my kids to pretend that we were camping. I called as we were going to be late checking in and the owner put the keys in the room for us and left the door unlocked

The motel is old and a little run-down, but for the price it was well worth the money. I had a kitchenette with a great view of the river. Bed was clean and comfortable, hotel staff "very" accommodating and the room comfortable and quiet (great sleeps). I stayed for over two weeks and would stay there again.

Worst hotel i've ever been in my entire life. Stinky room, no exhaust fan, bed sheets smells like they have been there for a long time but price is more than a hundred plus the owner will ask you to pay $10 pero extra head even if you book the hotel for 4 people. He will say "the room is for 2 people only and you need to pay extra per addition guest." Save your morey and your health. Choose different hotels instead!

Well, where do we start......as soon as we arrived the manager said he just finished cleaning all the rooms, a Chinese guys was in the room that we were to get and had Chinese Food in the room and spilt some. He wanted me to go in a see if it smelled funny. Hahaha, the room was smelly by not from Food. Anyway, nothing else was available so move our stuff in. Went into the bathroom, cobwebs about a foot long, didn't look clean and zero maintenance throughout the building, even the Office area (if you want to call it that). Either way, we were there and made though the night without Norman Bates coming in for us.

We were the only guest so they turned on the furnace to the whole building. I had to run the hot water for 3 to 4 minutes before it came out hot. Beds were comfortable. It's beside a busy road but it didn't wake me up.

Terrible place, I booked a room 10 hours in advance and arrived late at night with a promise to a room that’d be open for me, when I arrived the room already had someone sleeping in it when I unlocked the door, they do not care about safety/security here and will let anyone into a room it seems even when someone else has paid for the room

Booked a room and called to confirm our dog would be welcome and was told they would be. Then found out (after waiting around for an hour after check in time for the room to be ready) that she was not and had to drive another 2 hours at the end of a long day. Extremely disappointing.
