Complètement neuf, ultra confortable, chambres ultra spacieuses et super propres, petit déjeuner hors de l'ordinaire avec le bar à omelette qui en passant était tout à fait excellente. Restaurant Denny's sur place, pas le resto rêvé mais après une longue journée de route, ce fut parfait.

This hotel was the best experience we’ve ever had in any hotel. ||Our home was flooded in late November and we choose this location because it was close to our home making it an easier commute. We stayed here for 13 days before we found a condo to rent. What an amazing experience. With all the turmoil we were going through, they were very compassionate, so accommodating and knew exactly how to make us more comfortable. The room (kitchenette), was the quietest we’ve ever stayed in (5th floor). ||The breakfast was second to none, always hot, and a very nice variety, including omelettes made to our liking and delivered to our table. |The staff - unbelievably wonderful, right from the front desk, sales manager, housekeeping and custodial. We were ALWAYS greeted with a smile and were taken very good care of. They treated us like family during our stay. We will definitely HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit our fair city. If our suite would have had 2 bathrooms, we would have definitely stayed where we were. You will never find a nicer hotel with friendlier staff.

We were traveling with our 3 week old baby. The front dest staff (Katie) and manager (Cal ) took the time to make sure we had a room that would make our stay with our little nugget as easy and comfortable as possible.

House keeping staff were helpful and friendly rooms were clean.

This is my second stay at this hotel last time we had our twins with us that were 6 months old. This hotel has amazing suites and perfect for families.

The cleanest, nicest hotel I have stayed at. The service was amazing and they are pet friendly. The complementary breakfast was great and it’s in a really good location with tons of parking. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are large and spacious. I will definitely be back and can’t recommend this hotel enough! 😊

Great hotel, loved the freshy made omelets for breakfast, plus the other regular choices - toast, cereal, etc clean hotel, comfortable beds. Would return again. Would recommend. Free parking. Friendly staff. Not busy in Jan. Quiet. Easy to find.

I booked through Expedia and was forced to have a handicap room even though I specifically asked not to have one. Because the last time I stay at this specific hotel I was put in a handicap room right by the elevator which was very noisy and not the kind of shower I wanted. Also, the pillows were hard as rocks which made me wake up with a headache at 3:00 a.m. And never went back to sleep. The breakfast was very good and the young lady who cooks the omelets was amazing! The room, by the way is spacious, just not the one that I'm looking for. The front desk clerk was NOT helpful and would not accommodate me at all even though there were other rooms available she did not even bother to look or offer any other solutions. And I was being extremely polite.

Clean!! You can smell cleanliness the moment you walk in the front doors, if you know what I mean?
The rooms were fantastic. I actually went to bed with an incredibly sore lower back from being on the road all day and I woke up fully refreshed and feeling great. I wish I had one of these beds and some pillows at home. The hotel was quiet, we slept soundly all night. The entire room and bathroom were spotless.

The breakfast in the morning was great, only downside was the pancake machine had all the pancakes sticking to the conveyor.

After a negative experience at another hotel this same day, we ended up having to drive another couple hours to this location and I’m so happy we did. Best western will now be our go-to hotel for our travels.

Thank you for giving us the peace of mind and much needed rest after a long day travelling with a baby.

Rooms are very nice and comfortable. It's too bad that the night staff doesn't try and keep the noise to a minimum. I stayed at the hotel Saturday December 14th. From around 9 pm to after 1 am there was so much noise on the hallways, people swearing, screaming, running on the hallways. I am not sure what was happening, and why the staff didn't do anything to get the noise under control. As a result I ended up having the worst night I have ever had at a Best Western Hotel or any other Hotel for that matter.
