J'ai récemment passé la soirée à l'hôtel avec des amis de longue date. Nous avons passé quelques heures dans la piscine avec les enfants, et c'était très propre. Mes amis ont voyageaient avec leurs chiens, et même s'ils avaient les chiens la chambre sentait propre et fraîche. Je vous en ville et probablement passera pas de temps en tant que client à l'hôtel, mais je recommanderai certainement Super 8 à tous qui ceux qui cherchent un endroit où séjourner!

Accueil chaleureux, chambre au premier avec porte arrière pour la voiture au stationnment. La chambre spacieuse, propre et de bonne dimension, on se sentait bienvenue. Cet hôtel est mon 5 étoiles, et mon 7e a ce jours. Bravo |

Disappointing 10 minute Stay, But Great Front Desk Staff

We only stayed at this hotel for about 10 minutes before deciding to move somewhere else. While the experience wasn’t great, I do want to thank Juergen at the front desk—he was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and understanding, which made the situation a bit better.

Here’s why we left:

Safety Concerns:
1.The stove fan didn’t work in the first room, and when we got moved to another room, it wasn’t working there either. I wasn’t willing to risk using the stove and putting my family at risk of carbon monoxide poisoning.
2.There were exposed wires in the room, which made the place feel unsafe, especially since we had kids with us.

Cleanliness Issues:
3.The washrooms were dirty. The rooms really need updating and the pictures uploaded is VERY inaccurate. This was a place I was not comfortable walking around even with my slippers on!

Inaccurate information:
4.The billboard outside said the pool and hot tub were available, but when we got inside, they weren’t. My family was really looking forward to using them, so this was a big letdown.

I get the whole “you get what you pay for” thing, but we ended up moving to a different hotel that was only $10 more, and it was so much better. This isn’t about the price—it’s about how the place is managed. I hope they can fix these issues because it has potential. Although, props to the owners responding very professional and kind to the customers that left poor rating.

1st time we’ve patronized the establishment, and were delighted to meet Phil & Juergen at the front desk. The room was clean + pleasant, continental breakfast was lovely, very reasonable price & location is great. As a previous Hatter, we are happy to have found a place, home away from home, when we need to return in the future! Plus, our Feline was comfortable as well. Keep Smiling! Stay Well ⭐️

I got low price and booked it for two nights I was surprised when I walked into the room. Very clean relatively quiet. This is not a high end hotel but when you do a price comparison the value is fantastic when you’re looking for a cheap quick stop over. One of the reasons for the five star was - I lost my wallet in the parking lot but I thought I lost it somewhere completely different. On my drive home, I got a call from the counter guy. Someone found my wallet and he took the initiative to look my name up and call me. Huge shout out and a thank you.
