Hôtel / appart-hôtel idéalement situé près du campus principal de University of Alberta. Suites spacieuses, literie confortable, tout ce qu'il faut pour se reposer et travailler au calme. Le petit-déjeuner n'était pas compris dans le prix de ma chambre, mais l'hôtel propose une salle où on peut acheter une variété de petits-déjeuners pour tous les goûts, copieux et savoureux. Deux petits bémols : (1) très peu d'espace dépose quand on vient en voiture ou taxi, pour débarquer sans gêner la circulation (2) si l'emplacement est idéal professionnellement quand on vient (comme moi) pour travailler avec l'université, on est en revanche loin du centre-ville et le quartier est très peu animé en soirée. Il y a toutefois une station de métro à deux pas qui permet de rejoindre le centre-ville d'Edmonton...

100% well ! J'ai beaucoup apprécié les services de cet hôtel ainsi que l'attention de chacun des membres du personnel; de plus l'hôtel était très bien situé pour me permettre d'aller voir mon frère à l'hôpital.

Stayed here again while family was in hospital for 3 weeks, as always, the staff in every department were friendly and helpful.

Great bonus is the texting that can be done to communicate with them. Very close to hospital and university.
They do have laundry facilities - it costs $6.50 for one load - pretty steep in my opinion.

The water temperature tends to fluctuate when in shower so be aware, it happened daily.

It’s Nice they have security checking on parkade and walking around property .

Will be back if a hospital stay should happen.

We were in Edmonton for a hospital visit and stayed here to be in close proximity to the facilities we needed to attend. We've stayed here twice now for 1 week each time and have nothing but great experiences. The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming and the cleaning staff attentive and thorough. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. There are plenty of places to eat, grab a coffee or go for a walk. The LRT is only a 5 minute walk away. A fantastic experience. We will stay here again the next time we're in Edmonton

A great simple hotel, convenient to the University of Alberta, U of A hospital etc.

The little kitchenette was good so I could make simple, home-cooked meals, an excellent extractor fan and light above the hob; there is a decent fridge; and counter top space to prepare food. If you are coming for any length of time and intend to cook, I brought a chopping board from home.

The bed is very comfy but the bottom sheet seems a bit small for the bed, so it comes untucked. The hotel has a variety of pillows should you need a different sort.

The sunrise in the morning was a welcome sight from the big windows, which have a small secure window that opens for fresh air. The blackout blinds are excellent.

There is a fitness centre downstairs but I walked, and ran, with the dog so did not use the fitness centre.

The location of this hotel is great (right next to campus) and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, the room was not very clean (there were hairs in the bathtub), the shower periodically went from scalding hot to freezing cold, and the room temperature also shifted from hot to cold throughout the night regardless of how the thermostat was set.

The place was a great location. Esp iallynby the hospital. Not only the location was good but the room was clean and the staff helped out when needed.
They messaged me before and after to see how my stay was. Also I double booked rooms and they called to confirm and gave me the lesser expensive room.
I also was to drop off my bags and leave there until my check-in.
My child was having an operation at the hospital. So having the good service and quiet space to go sleep was great.
