Hello Joe as per our conversation on the phone, the carpets were cleaned before you moved in and walls were painted. With so many guys working on the pipeline and mud coming in it is hard to keep the entrance perfect, but we have it cleaned regularly. Your room mate spoke to me about moving in when he comes back so the place can't be that bad. I am sorry you were unhappy I only wish you had called sooner as much of this could have been cleared up. Our handyman broke his foot before Christmas and we couldn't find anyone else in Edson being a small town. He is back to work now and is addressing many of your concerns which were ours as owners too. The halls are being painted now in the West building and repairs being made. New washer and dryers have been purchased and a code put on the door to the laundry. Exterior door issue are being looked at by the Locksmith in town and we should have that fixed up too. Your unit was the first one rented of the 6 we have, he seems very happy with it. We purchased the building less than a year ago and have done huge amounts of repairs with more coming. Not very clean at all when I moved in. Walled dinged up my door was broken carpet needs to be replaced. Would not recommend this place. They wouldn't paint and refinished the walls before you move in. The furniture is beat up. People can easily break in and there s lots of homeless and riff Raff in the parking lot a d around the area. Don't be surprised to find needles outside or somebody dumpster diving when you go to take out the garbage. And please remember to lock everything in your vehicle's. Or things will go missing.

The Apartment I rented at Kings Court from Jan. 5, 2020 to April 5, 2020 was roomy for one, clean, fully equipped and very close, within a block to a few good restaurants - great in the winter months for walking to, in the cold/snowy weather. The building is quiet and the landlord responds quickly to questions and requests when reasonable. The personnel working for Kings Court are courteous and easy to deal with.
When I go back to Edson for Work, Kings Court will be first on my rental list. Thank You. Greg Ritch

Lived here for 7 months the place was very quiet staff were awsome place was clean and had own laundry facilities. Close to all amenities. Would recommend anytime
