Positive: I liked that there was a fridge, which was handy. The bed was comfortable. The price was right. Negative: The room was adequate but small. No elevator. No hand towels or face clothes; shampoo but no conditioner. I could not figure out how to use the shower, only bath faucet. There was a dark hair clinging in the bathtub. No breakfast as advertised.

Avoid at All Costs – Absolutely Disgusting!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This was hands down the dirtiest, most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. From the moment I walked in, I was hit with a foul smell that only got worse as I made my way to the room. The carpets were stained, the walls had visible grime, and the entire place felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in years.

When I opened the door to my room, I was absolutely horrified. The bed had stains on the sheets, and I’m pretty sure they hadn’t been changed. The bathroom was even worse, I didn’t even want to touch anything, let alone sleep there.

To top it off, the staff was rude and was trying to scam, they told us they would refund us but when it came time to approve it by the third party they said we had used the room.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. It’s beyond filthy, completely mismanaged, and should honestly be shut down.

Me and a friend stayed here a night. We both live just outside of town with family and wanted a night away from everyone. Figured we'd go here as it was the cheapest. Lemme tell you. This place isn't worth $15 a night. Prostitution. Drug dealing, fighting, people overdosing, constant traffic in and out. This place is wonderful if you are a drug dealing loser.

Second reason I don't recommend. They stole my deposit. Our room was cleaner than it was when we arrived. Gentleman said my deposit would be back in my account by 3pm that day. Fast forward 2 weeks. Still nothing. When I call, they have apparently released it that day, and can't do nothing for me. As my bank is telling me that the hotel is still trying to process is

All in all. Avoid the cheap hotels on the north end of Red Deer at all costs

Just don't go. It's a total dive. I honestly can't believe super 8 would allow this place to run under their banner. It's basically a uncleaned flop house/ drug den. I literally found my fire alarm in the dirty sticky fridge that I had to clean prior to putting my food in. Booked for the week, left after 2 nights. If you enjoy dealing with junkies, people screaming in the hallway, mystery pills laying about, sticky surfaces and overall disgusting cleanliness this is the place for you. Never again, wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Actually, I would recommend this place to my worst enemy. Any positive reviews are obviously fake and made up by staff or the junkies living there. Minus 5 stars.

Horrible hotel. Starting from the staff to the management to the owners and even the horribly dirty mismatched rooms. One has a phone, the next room doesn't. Another has a small bar fridge and the next room has a huge full size fridge. Even to the point not every room has a smoke detector in it!!! I would not recommend even think about staying here. I am owed hundreds of Wyndham points which I will never see becasue if you pay in cash they don't put you in their system so the point don't register, even if Wyndham calls your in your room while you are there! Horrible soooooo many better places to stay, like the homeles shelter is better than this place. Will never go back!!!!!
