The price is very much the selling point here in a good way - appreciated here. The rooms are decent enough with a few smaller things like cutlery added in. A nice place to lay your head for solo travellers or value minded people but do not expect many amenities.

If you have larger gear like kayaks, mtn bikes, etc this was a great option. Large rooms and on the ground floor, so storing things inside safely while out or while sleeping was easy and super safe.

I had a double bed room, and was amazed at the full stove, fridge/freezer, sink, microwave, coffee maker, and general kitchen equipment that was included.

Wifi was really bad, otherwise the stay was great.

Highly recommended. Quick and helpful checkin. Neat bathroom. Spacious rooms to live. I was amazed to find an entire kitchen setup in the room. Much helpful for eating in the room. Ground floor. Thumbs up.

Location is excellent, floors in unit need a good cleaning, please! Bed and linen were clean and comfortable. Towels were cheap and note - no hairblower!

Pleasantly surprised!! Newly renovated and clean room. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, cutlery, cups/mugs. Table with two chairs to eat at. Furniture is dated, but clean and in good shape. Two Queen beds that we’re comfortable, along with good pillows. Shower was great. Service was friendly. There are chairs to sit outside, and BBQ’s to use. Not too shabby at all!

Reasonable in price, the staff were okay we came in late and only 1 staff. This is a very old motel, Beds were not comfortable, we got uneven king size bed and the room small but was clean.

This is a great motel if you are looking for a place to stay that is affordable, functional, and clean. I staid at West Castle Motel several times in the past while I was conducting field research in the area. They have nicely renovated the rooms since last time I came. Nothing pretentious, but very nicely done, giving the rooms a better, more modern look. The treat was definitely the new bathroom! White design and pristine clean. I already staid at this motel with great pleasure in the past. From now on, it will assuredly be my first place of choice any time I come to Pincher Creek. Oh, I forgot to mention that the staff is very nice and polite, and the motel is dog friendly for a reasonable fee. Finally, other ladies will likely enjoy the handheld showerhead to keep their hair dry while showering 🙂
