Property and rooms were clean. Our family enjoyed pool, waterslide and hot tub. Friendly staff who helped us with additional amenities. Hot breakfast was good and quality was better than I have had at most Wyndham. Convenient location next to gas station and A&W.

Comfortable bedding. Internet access in room and wifi connectivity was good, availability of meeting room is handy for quick team gatherings. Towel in gym and guest laundry came handy, especially when you spend lot of time on road. Appreciate the service.

Not a great experience at this property. For the price it's old, has a pool and water slide but literally has A/C blasting and it's -20 outside. Beyond that though it has some rather off putting rules. The pool area is not accessible by hotel key card. They have to let you in.. and if you open the door for someone that you know is a paying guest they promptly see you on the cameras and come down and get upset with you. We had a super loud group beside us and it made it incredibly difficult to sleep the first night. Despite complaints nothing was done and we were on the first floor down slightly from the front desk. Overall I wouldn't recommend.

Two adults and two children: $105USD/night, a bit higher than similar hotels in the area. The rooms have Keurig, micro, ref. Staff was great. The room was satisfactorily clean, but the carpeted floor only gets 7/10 for the "white-sock" test. *(It's just easier to clean tile/laminate than carpet). We were drawn by the pool and waterslide (and the were GREAT) which justified the higher cost (to us). Breakfast bar was on par with similar priced hotels: Sausage, scrambled/boiled eggs, breakfast potatoes, cold cereals, various breads for toasting.

An overall ok hotel. It's an older building but the rooms are fairly nice and my AC unit was newer than most. I have not yet tried the breakfast but the area is nice and clean, and the staff are friendly.

The only real issue for me is the $150+ when the internet does not work at all. If not for that, I would give a solid 4 stars.

it was a 1 night stay as we were travelling to Edmonton. got in early and they were very nice . we got to use the pool a few times . Very fast waterslide ... great evening Beds were comfortable Also a good breakfast. above average from all the hotels I have stayed at

Our family gathered for a rare occasion in Ponoka Alberta for two nights The hotel is older, but clean and with a fantastic, accommodating staff. Great breakfast options included. The rooms are quiet, the beds are soft. The town is interesting, well worth the visit.
