A gem of a campground. Stayed one night on trip through Canada. Loved the park like look of the campground. Full hookups with pull throughs.

Shower was grungy and no hot water. Had a quick spit shower, using wash cloth and towel the first day. When I checked out I went to the pool and had a nice hot shower for $3.25.

Even though there is no time listed on the website apparently they stop checking people in at 8pm. We drove an hour to get there and arrived at 8:03 and were not allowed in. The woman was extremely rude and heartless and didn't care that we had driven an hour and even lied to us and said there was no room anyways even though friends of ours were already in and said there were tons of spots left. So now, the hour drive home with a fully loaded truck and trailer and hopefully there will still be room when we come back down on Friday. Very disappointed with the lack of info on the website and for the poor/rude customer service. If I had another option I wouldn't be staying there at all.

The Ponoka Stampede Rodeo Challenge is the greatest thing for young special needs children. They have so much fun. A special thanks to all the Chuck Wagon Drivers for taking the kids to all the events!

Can be noisy since it is right off a major highway. Bathrooms were clean and the hosts were good to us. But you should know they don't allow tents and don't take reservations.

Nice place but would not want to be here during Stampede. We hear there can be hundreds of RVs here then. Was able to walk all around Ponoka from here.

Love this place! We are here for the 4 nights. So much fun at the Ponoka Stampede ♡ So many friendly people and so many happy faces and smile 😃 Give it a 5+
